We got the 6 meat platter and everything was tasty. The slaw was great and peanuty, chicken was top tier. Crispy pork was salty and flavorful. The ribs and brisket were good but not top tier, and the Char Siu was fatty and too sweet, I'm glad I tried it but it's not for me. It was quite expensive, about $180 with drinks. The staff was amazing, definitely improved upon the entire experience.

If you're hungry, it's a good place to satisfy your hunger... the cold, dry brisket tastes 6 out of 10, the pork ribs taste good but still cold. I'll come back to taste the rest and I'll come to update my review.

The meat was great, the slaw on the other hand was horrible, and the banana pudding was decent it would be better with more wafers

I did not expect this to be an Asian fusion restaurant, but was pleasantly surprised. In addition to classic American bbq dishes such as brisket and ribs, Smoke Queen experiments with Asian meats such as char siu and siu yuk. Personally, I liked the Asian meats more than their brisket. Not because their brisket was bad - in fact the brisket was pretty good. Fatty, tender, and overall decent. But the char siu and siu yuk were just really really good. The char siu, especially when fresh and hot, is stellar. I loved how the fat blended with the sweet meat and melted in my mouth. I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I loved it. The crispy skin was the cherry on top. The siu yuk was also really good - it reminded me of the roast pork you get in those Asian bbq places (with the duck hanging and stuff).
I did not like the dirty rice. I was kinda excited to try it too cuz it has Chinese sausage in it, but it just didn’t hit for me. I thought it was bland. And grey. And not very exciting. The Mac and cheese was really good though. The corn bread too. The butter it comes with is very yummy and sweet.
The service was good. The owner(? I assume) helped us navigate the menu and made good suggestion. Very attentive too lol he keeps pacing back and forth between the register and the dining area. The dining area is very cute though. I loved the string lights and ambiance. I’d even take someone here on a date maybe. I would come back yeah.

Believe it or not I didn’t actually eat all the food I payed for it was all pretty mid. I wish they gave you more of the actual proteins instead of the big container of sides. There’s probably better bbq somewhere else

I found this restaurant on Instagram and was excited to try it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of parking and seating available when we arrived, and I also loved the idea of the outdoor sink to wash your hands. Overall I found the food a bit too salty for my taste, and only enjoyed the beer and curry.
We ordered two of their draft beers and the following items.
5/5 Panang curry rice bowl with brisket
4/5 Crispy pork belly (no sauce) the pork belly was great but it would have been even better with a good bbq sauce.
3/5 BBQ ribs with house bbq sauce (ribs were good, the sauce not so much)
2/5 Smashed potatoes
1/5 Spicy cucumbers (Too oil, and not spicy)
1/5 Gochujang BBQ Sauce (Too salty)

Great place for a family and friends to hang out and enjoy some great BBQ. Line up half an hour early to ensure a good spot to sit. All of their pork products are delicious, dirty rice, Kaya Bread Pudding, and Banana Pudding are also a favorite. They have a great draft beer selection as well.

My wife and I were there before closing, like 30 minutes, we felt we were rushed, besides that food was good we ordered the brisket and spicy cucumbers (which they were awesome) when we were done eating, because we try to hurry, i picked up my tray and i saw another try with left over food on top of the counter, one of the employees was really RUDE and said to me the trash is around the corner. I picked up my tray and throw the trash.
The employee was absolutely horrible, just because of that I won’t be back, she needs to be re train, how to treat customers. I don’t know her name, but it was a heavy set Hispanic girl mid 20’s early 30’s
