Sookdal is famous for low temperature salt water aging pork belly.
Taste of pork belly is the best in OC.
You can eat pork belly with salt,
chopped garlic, wasabi,
grilled cheese and many different
pickled vegetables

We ordered 1 Combo C and an additional serving of aged pork which cost us ~$138 with tax included for 4 people so I would say that it is not too expensive as the fat fill your stomach quite fast. Customer service is good, waiting time is not too bad compared to other Korean BBQ restaurants (waited ~30 minutes).
I LOVE their onion salad! The sauce is just so good that I think this restaurant has the best one. The kimchi tofu soup is good too, just that it has too much...
