Fantastic kbbq with a twist on pork meats. Super tender and juicy with the salt and wasabi dipping sides. The sides were a lot great too and unique to enhance the meats. Don't sleep on the brisket either.
The quality of the pork belly was excellent, and the service of having the staff grill the meat for us made the experience very comfortable. The variety of pickled side dishes was impressive and paired perfectly with the meat. Both the doenjang-jjigae and kimchi-jjigae were absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was spacious and very clean. One thing I wish was that the staff could have been a bit friendlier, but overall, if you’re looking for authentic Korean-style pork...
Good aged pork, good service, decent portions for the price. Not cheap but not crazy expensive. They really do all the cooking and cutting for you, which is nice and convenient. The pork was delicious, flavorful, right amount of chewy.
