Star BBQ is a popular AYCE BBQ restaurant with good meat portions and excellent service. They offer delicious steamed egg and side dishes. The grill is always hot, and the rotation of food is quick. The banchan sides like kimchi and fish cakes are excellent. Although there might be a wait, the quality of food and service makes it worth it. The meat selection is great, with phenomenal food quality at a fair price.
The restaurant has a nice entrance, is super clean, and has high ceilings, so customers don't feel cramped or suffocated. The food is well-seasoned, and the salad is good. The lemonade is surprisingly good. The only downside was the cold and un-melted corn cheese.
The staff is friendly and keeps things moving, even though they are very busy. Customers have mentioned that the service leaves smiles on their faces. Star BBQ is a fantastic BBQ house that is worth a visit, especially for group gatherings in Ktown Garden Grove.
