Not sure what’s going on with the new recent baristas/ drive through window but every time some sort of issue; either they don’t even bother to offer straws or they rush to turn away, they ignore orders light ice or they don’t top off the drink and have to ask them to do it. Considering the high prices the orders should be made to request

We come mostly every day. Every single time we come, the workers are so rude. I hope the manager reads this comment because it feels horrible coming to Starbucks to buy something and receiving poor customer service.

I come here for water when my ice machine is broken they were really nice to me when I got my own water cup. They make excellent coffee when I order it and they always have a smile and are friendly. Love this place and the workers there.
Why is it that I can't make order online to pick up here?! On the app ! Because I live like 15mins. From this one ?! And there service is bad ! The Hispanic dude at the window gave me a bad attitude when I asked him for help? Worst location that doesn't appear on the app?

I had to rate it low. I love the ladies at the window but I don’t understand why we can’t get what we paid for. We pay so much for a tall coffee and we can’t even get a full cup. Please give us what we pay for. My cup was 25% foam. I am not paying for foam. Disappointed.
