Not sure what’s going on with the new recent baristas/ drive through window but every time some sort of issue; either they don’t even bother to offer straws or they rush to turn away, they ignore orders light ice or they don’t top off the drink and have to ask them to do it. Considering the high prices the orders should be made to request
I come here for water when my ice machine is broken they were really nice to me when I got my own water cup.
They make excellent coffee when I order it and they always have a smile and are friendly.

Ever since I moved to Garden Grove, I've gone other local Starbucks but this one is always on point. The make the drinks with love because they taste amazing. Food is always cooked well its in never cold, or frozen. Every new drink that comes out is also onpoint from presentation to taste. The barristas are always kind, they are friendly, and listen to your special requests. Thank you to the team .
