Ordered a specialty drink that I saw on Tik Tok. Have ordered this drink from this location a few times before. It was always great. Don't know who the Barista who made my drink this morning but it was horrible. No flavor. They did not prepare it as I asked, it was a waste of my money & my time stopping there this morning. Yuck! Always good service from the drive thru employees. Threw the drink away.

Walked in this AM because drive thru was packed. Went in, no line and ordered. I noticed the drive thru is prioritized and we got our drinks once all the cars were cleared from drive thru. Even after more cars came! I will never walk in again, drive thru is definitely priority at this location. Clean location. Great food. Great drinks. Staff was nice. We would have been 5 minutes ahead.

Sweet people here and they remade my drink for me after I dropped it accidentally. I go here a lot and they are always so kind to me!
Wheelchair accessibility: While the door isn't an automatic door, it is accessible in the sense that there are ramps into the entrance and it is on ground floor

I've always Loved Starbucks! I've been a gold card member for some time now. My iced Carmel mochiato (however the heck it's spelled...lol) and a delicious sandwich were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the lady that took my order wasn't very pleasant or patient. I actually seemed like she was trying not to be obvious, but I was definitely able to tell. We all have our days or hours though...I know I do. But again, unfortunately, it was noticeable.
Parking: Very large nice / newly paved parking lot.

5 shots on venti flat white. Did you drink all the shots or what? Not worth purchasing drinks here. Just avoid this location. You will know once you taste latte based coffee. Better baristas work nearby. When you read 5 shots on the label, you must put 5 “shots”. Don’t be stingy Valley View Starbucks.

It's not my favorite place. I don't like Starbucks coffee anyway, I went there just for a black coffee, and I met with a friend. In my opinion, for the amount the company charges for a cup of coffee, they should invest more in creating an ambiance worth the price! I felt like I had a coffee in a train station. The chairs are very uncomfortable, and overall, in my opinion, they ( company) give you a cheap atmosphere experience. The local staff were okay.
