I've always Loved Starbucks! I've been a gold card member for some time now. My iced Carmel mochiato (however the heck it's spelled...lol) and a delicious sandwich were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the lady that took my order wasn't very pleasant or patient. I actually seemed like she was trying not to be obvious, but I was definitely able to tell. We all have our days or hours though...I know I do. But again, unfortunately, it was noticeable.Parking: Very large nice / newly paved parking lot.

Very spacious and convenient location. Staff is friendly and efficient; beverages/coffees are prepared well. The store is well managed. It's also near a movie theater and a bowling alley as well as other future restaurants. I like this location.

5 shots on venti flat white. Did you drink all the shots or what? Not worth purchasing drinks here. Just avoid this location. You will know once you taste latte based coffee. Better baristas work nearby. When you read 5 shots on the label, you must put 5 “shots”. Don’t be stingy Valley View Starbucks.

I just had the worst caramel macchiato from this Starbucks. It literally tasted like water. There was no caramel flavor whatsoever and it was just so watery from beginning to end. I should've complained while I was at the store and I regret that I didn't. I'm still drinking it only because I paid close to six bucks for it. Whoever made my drink must not be adequately trained. This location seemed like they just recently opened so it was pretty clean and nice except there was a homeless person near the entrance inside the store and I didn't feel very safe.

If I could, I would give -5 to this location. I paid more to add 2 extra shots on my flat white. Tasted like not even 1 shot added to this water. I know what it taste like and what it supposed to be like when 5 shots were added. Why do you make the drink like this? It tastes nothing. Just nothing. Plus. No greetings at all and all the employees were chatting each other smiling but not to us. Not to every other customers. The barista should consider how she makes coffee. It's a total rip off and how much money will Starbucks take from their customers by being stinging on their 'coffee' shots??? Terrible place to drink. Bye bye valleyview starbucks

Asked for a hot sugar cookie soy latte and got an iced one instead even though I gave a $7 tip. I regret giving them that tip and in the end when I said Merry Christmas I was ignored. They couldn't make the drink hot either because they ran out of sugar cookie too. They made a mistake and bad customer service.

Terrible. Just terrible. I've been to this location 2 times and both times, our drinks were incorrect. We didn't have any add ons or lengthy orders, the barista in this location apparently just don't give a crap about the drinks. Sad story is my 16-year-old daughter told me this place sucks compared to all the other locations, they've messed up her orders also. I'll never come back to this location pretty sad cause it's brand new.

It's not my favorite place. I don't like Starbucks coffee anyway, I went there just for a black coffee, and I met with a friend. In my opinion, for the amount the company charges for a cup of coffee, they should invest more in creating an ambiance worth the price! I felt like I had a coffee in a train station. The chairs are very uncomfortable, and overall, in my opinion, they ( company) give you a cheap atmosphere experience. The local staff were okay.
