The employees are very friendly and thoughtful. They make a point to remember regulars and still offer coffee in mugs if you go in. It's a small space, but it's lovely an warm.

Bad customer service, I got served by this white guy with beard with very nasty attitude he seems to be the one in charge of the store, what I don't understand why starbucks have people like this that seem to hate his job, if he dosent like the job he should consider changing careers and let someone else take his spot, we as customer go to the store to enjoy a drink and not to deal with your employees personal or mental issues, retrain your people or if they cant handle the job tell them to move on and look for something else as simple as that.

If I could rate it less than zero I would. Google hours says they close at 10 PM. It’s Sunday, not Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, where it said there that hours may differ. I walked into the lobby at 6:15. Picked up two bags of coffee and they told me that the lobby is closed. They wouldn’t let me buy coffee because they screwed up and left the door unlocked.

I come here maybe three times a week or so for cold brew. I mainly come in the drive thru, I’ve been inside maybe twice. But either way I always get good customer service experience whether it’s the drive thru or in the store. Never had any bad experiences here. There was one time when I received the wrong item I went back inside and let them know and they were very nice to make the drink I ordered.

Customer service was amazing!
My teen asked for a specific drink and I messed it up and they remade it for us - they did charge the difference which is totally understandable.
We ordered food, our bacon, sausage & egg burritos were cold in the center. The store is pretty clean and their selection on coffee and mugs, tumblers, and thermos is good!

Starbucks was known for "3rd Place" they clearly lost it. It was a warm place where you wanted to stay... maybe work. I review the photos and make sure I can sit comfortably. But now they want you to buy coffee and leave. They intentionally removed the power.

On September 27 at 2:31 PM I went to Starbucks I specifically asked for a double chocolate chip Venti with white mocha and when going to the drive-through, the girl that was there got my order wrong. I let her know that she got it wrong and yet she told me “thats what you order” all rude and I told her I asked for a double chocolate chip Venti with white mocha and she said “you said light mocha not white mocha” they gave me a new drink, but it wasn’t venti, it was grande🤨

This is the second time I've been served by the same girl in the drive thur with a bad attitude. The last time she gave me the wrong drink. I told her that it wasn't the right one and she said it was what you ordered. Besides, I told her it was a large and a medium. She changed my drink and continued giving me a medium. I've been buying it for years and something like this has never happened.???????????????

The girl that works in the Drive-Thru. She had a bad negative attitude. Just because I messed up on the drink size. I told I miss up and I was going to pay the difference. She want to be smart and say it next time say this. And one of the drinks that I ordered they messed up And it tasted nasty.
