I go to this Starbucks almost everyday and I always get the best service! Kal, who usually takes my order in the drive through even knows my order by heart (my order definitely is a long one too lol). He’s always friendly and provides excellent service. Thanks guys!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the cashier, upon walking in, before placing my order I asked for the restroom code and the girl who was cashier said it was for customers only. I had stated I was going to order I just needed to use the restroom. She was rude and came off strong, stating that restrooms are for customers only. I told her I have the app and I could show her, as the is what I would be using for payment. She gave me attitude and did not make me feel welcomed. She was rushing me to give her my order just so she can provide me with the restroom code. I have been a customer for many years this is the worse experience I've had at this chain. Even after the way i was treated, I still gave them my business. Be sure I will not be returning to this location. There's better ways to communicate new policies with customers,( especially when they're not displayed for one to see) then to make one feel uncomfortable and unwelcome

Awful experience. I walked in with my partner to first use the restroom while my partner was going to order. The cashier didn't want to give me the restroom code until she make sure we were going to order. She kept rushing my girlfriend to order even tho we weren't ready because we had just walked in. She stated it's a new Starbucks policy to not to provide the restroom code to customers before they order. No policy was anywhere posted in the building regarding such thing. We both feel VERY discriminated. We have been Starbucks customers for a very long time and NO ONE should be treated this way. At no point any manager or shift leader stepped in. It wasn't busy and every employee was just looking and listening.

Starbucks is trying to boost business by marketing with "Come stay awhile" but this location took away seats and outlets for folks who actually need a couple of hours to work in peace. No outlets means "get out". Mixed messaging? 🤔

Didn't feel so welcome so went to another cafe with outlets.

One of the hardest place to park, often jam-packed, either by caffein deprived drive through traffic, or to-go zombies; and the lobby barely has any spots to sit; to top it off, with poker faced non-native staff, when comes to placing orders, or busy bodies, when asking for the restroom code. They should chill and relax, be main stream, don’t act like as from a foreign land themselves.
