Lobby closes at 7pm.I absolutely love this Starbucks. The interior/atmosphere is perfect for large group gatherings, or solo study sessions. My only gripe is with how early they close the lobby due to the problems with the homeless in the area. It’s a sad reality but the transients, which are only growing in number every year in the city, like to hang out here as it gets darker. While they will not tell you this is the reason for short lobby hours, it certainly is the biggest reason.It’s one of the cleanest and nicest Starbucks is in the area. Plenty of natural light just floods in and there’s plenty of seating. Do not be fooled by the Google posted hours (that is for the drive-through only).

Don't expect to come here to get relaxed on the weekend morning. The loud of music, the mouths, and the moving chairs on the floor will stress you right, when you first step in. Will find some places else.

Poor staff attitude. There is a female employee who has a very unpleasant attitude towards customers. I have never received that at other starbucks before. I feel very bad at this branch.

Service was just ok, not really friendly, but seems they've covered up all the electrical outlets so I won't go here very often, only when my laptop has a full charge.At least there's ample seating.

Asked 3 different workers if there was any sort of outlets around as I could not find them myself . The first one asked me if I bought something as a first off answer then continued to say he didn’t know. The rest said maybe under the table but again they said they were not sure. Just seems odd they wouldn’t know if there’s any outlets at a cafe and the lack of help was also unfortunate

I've been going to starbucks for years and all I can say it, not all starbucks are created equal and it's getting worse and worse. All the starbucks around here, how do I say it politetly, is a disaster. I walked in, its freaking cold and the music blast like it's a nightclub. Oh and it's dirty. What happend to the cozy starbucks of old. Is this intentional to get people coming in and leaving as quickly as possible, if so it's working. At least the staff feels friendly and polite but I can not get over that they let this place become such a mess.

I came to this location a couple of times. I usually go to the Starbucks near my house or anywhere near me. The strawberry açaí is delicious and fruity. You can have it either with water or lemonade depending of your choice. I love their drinks I usually get the refreshers such as strawberry acai, mango dragonfruit, or pink drink. I love their ice lattes such as matcha or chai tea. They also have pastries and to go breakfast food. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store is very nice, spacious, and great atmosphere to study.

this drive thru is always super fast, and shoutout to thien for his awesome customer service! P.S: try out the apple oat shaken espresso if you're feeling a fall drink :)
