So I was very excited to get a venti iced pumpkin cold brew before heading to Disney but the girls working that shift on Friday around 11 in the morning august 23rd didn’t give me friendly vibes even when i complimented her Disney shirt so anyway I just wanted a cup of water and she refused saying I had to pay even tho I had just paid for 2 cake pops and a coffee so no thanks never going to that Starbucks again. customer service not good.

Warning if you're on a budget, the usual price you pay a regular Starbucks is not the price you pay here. They have to charge more because they are attached to the hotel. And don't count on finding anywhere to park. The service staff was super kind.
