i feel like most the reviews here are too rough, gone here several times and the service was great, i asked for extra coconut milk in my pink drink after it was made and they helped me right away, another day, the cold brew was perfect. please be patient there are a lot of customers here, its a dense area, but theyve done an amazing job every time.

One lady was really nice for giving us the extra frapp but one younger girl who did not warmed up our cheese danish told me there is an option in the mobile app that I can use to set it as warmed up WHICH I did… she did not do warm it up and tried to correct me. Otherwise I would have liked this place since it was conveniently in the hotel.

Great location for anyone staying at the Hyatt! We enjoy staying here because of this Starbucks — they have everything plus nitro cold brew! Coffees are made quickly and well. Baristas have always been kind.

It's a Starbucks in a hotel. That being said I was in town for 4 days recently. I used the app and my coffee was ready within a few minutes each time with zero wait by the time I got there (two block drive). I asked for a stopper my first two days and by the third day my coffee had a stopper already in it at pickup. Super dependable, fast and consistent. Great job.
Parking: There is one mobile parking spot in front of the business. You can also park in the back of the Marriott next door and walk over.

This is not a typical Starbucks more expensive whatever it's in a hotel but charging for water is crazy away from Starbucks standards. Especially when ordering food and drinks.

We go to the same Starbucks five days a week, approximately the same time every morning we’re such regulars. Everyone in the store knows my son and automatically gets his items that he always orders the orders the same thing every day the crew here is fantastic and we really appreciate them having an autistic son who’s afraid to speak to anyone this crew is great and we really appreciate them.

A worker was too busy talking to his coworkers and mistakenly made the drink incorrectly, using regular milk instead of almond, and if he hand't caught his mistake (which he thankfully did) I would have become very ill. They took very long to produce my order due to all the talking, but luckily the man was talking about his new job so this shouldn't be a problem for other customers in the future. Very disturbed by the mistake though, as allergens are not something to be played with.
Dietary restrictions: I appreciate the variety of milk options, I am disappointed in the lack of trust I now have with Starbucks in handling orders.

It is a good place, good coffee, but it lacks better attention, better service, it was three or four times in a week, I paid more than 40 dollars each time and the service is very tasteless, on one occasion the coffee had a lot of milk and little coffee Yes, they changed it for me but I realized when I was a little far from the place...

They forgot the caramel in both of my drinks. With everything having a surcharge since it’s in the hotel I at least expect them to make my order correctly
