I buy coffee and I buy plastic cup . One girl worker refused to rinse the cup so I can put hot coffee into it. This is a worse situation.

I bought a dragon drink a moment ago, I didn't review it at the time because I was driving but, very bad service and apart from that they only gave me ice in my drink, what a disappointment, I lost my money in this place

To look good and serve Drive thru well, they forget to serve those who order when they get there inside the store. They take a long time to take your order. Supposedly to not wait so long in the car and not have so much traffic.

Favorite Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and polite. Location is only drawback as traffic can be heavy but the service more than makes up for it

I ordered a venti pink drink with light ice. They misunderstood it as a grande and when they re-made it into a venti, the cup was basically half ice anyway so there was no point in remaking my drink if it's going to be about the same amount as the grande anyway. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
