Say outside on this gorgeous day. The partner who took my order was so compassionate to my bad day and personable. The partner who served me took time out to tell me about the training Starbucks gives to new hires. My hot frothy oatmilk pecan coffee drink was perfect. The location is clean and always welcoming. I enjoyed the morning so much more than I would have had I not come here. And the Cranberry Bars are back!!

Will need to give myself extra time for pickup orders, even though the app stated better time frame accuracy. One drink ready at time stated, then after waiting a bit, worker asked what else I was waiting for..... ummmm the second drink on order. I then have to wait as she proceeds to make it, she did apologize and was very sweet ?♀️

Have to update my review. Drove by here to see if the lobby was still closed since 2 weeks ago. Happy to report the lobby is once again open!

As of 3/2/24 - Dine In Cafe not available. No reason given by management. No estimate given either when they will open up again.Usually the reasons for this are: not enough staff for the night shift/sudden loss of employees, or too many transients/homeless coming in. Most likely the latter. Because currently there are the same number of employees inside as there were when dining area was open last week.It’s such a shame. The Starbucks’ in the area used to be such lovely hubs for people getting together to chat or do work. But because Starbucks’ corporate policy is to be a national homeless shelter - and the city has a rampant transient problem (which they don’t intend to attempt to solve), you get this. More coffee houses reducing hours or shutting down the sit-down portion of their establishments for safety reasons.Hopefully this is not permanent. Such a shame, will not be coming/ordering from here anymore. Need a place to study and do work.

I try to give this Starbucks multiple tries but everytime I come they mess up my orders. And the baristas are never welcoming or polite. They don’t even say much just take my order and tell me my total with a serious tone and face.

This particular Starbucks was playing some raunchy music. I don't even know what kind it was, but I don't think it was appropriate for the cut type of service that they offer. Other Starbucks don't have that nasty, whatever kind of music that was playing and other than that the drinks were okay but not as good as others

Passing by & did a quick stopGrab a decaf coffee & water.& for my surprise the staff put two stickers in my water.Wao! I was impress & surprise because I was having a bad day due to the rain and the *simple act of putting those stickers, changed my mind, my mood for a happy one.Thank you,Thank you,Thank you, very much!Another reason to return to this place.This is simple the Disneyland for adults and family members too.Cheers &+Peace!

Limited parking especially at this heavy traffic intersection, and the sharp angle of elevated entrance ramp, likely would hit one's bottom of the car.
