I Love this Starbucks! All staff are very friendly, ThIs hater down here Rafi Mo needs to stick to one story . Keeps updating it more than its chonies.

Well ,
This worker was fighting with her boy friend on the phone and she were slamming the drinks around I find it unacceptable behavior.
More over she seen me starting disrespecting me and make funny of me .

She shouldn't work there she also was moking the skinny new girl
I am confident Starbucks zero tolerance towards this kind of behavior.
Overall the rest of the team are great people 😺

The biggest shoutout to the best barista ever, ANGIE! This is the only Starbucks I go to because she always gives the best customer service and makes the best drinks. Give this girl a raise because she deserves it. Thank you ANGIE for always putting 110% into everything you do.

Sara’s got the barista game on expert mode—always attentive, always professional, and somehow still managing to be the friendliest human within a 5-mile espresso radius. Did I mention she loves cats? Like, really loves cats. If she could steam milk with a purring feline on her shoulder, she probably would.

As a loyal customer, I found today’s experience especially disappointing. I’m a regular customer at this store. I come there 5 to 6 times a week. I've been drinking Matcha from Starbucks for over 10 years. Since the matcha formula changed, I’ve noticed inconsistency: sometimes the staff use a full scoop, sometimes not; sometimes there's too much milk or too little, which affects to the taste. I understand that different baristas have different styles, and because of that, I typically order 5 or 6 scoops of matcha in a venti cup for my taste .
Last week, Starbucks started charging an extra $1 per scoop of matcha. I’m willing to pay that, because I know exactly how I like/need my drink, it’s been my morning routine for many years. But today, I received a cup ( Matcha latte , Venti size, 5 scoop of matcha, 3 classic syrup , light ice) that was a LIGHT/PALE GREEN color, totally different from what I usually get. I immediately pointed this out, saying the color looked off, it didn’t seem like it had extra matcha that I already paid extra for.
The staff explained it was because I had ordered less ice lead to more milk, and they said that affected the color. But then another employee who seemed more willing to actually address the issue by remade the drink, and this time it was noticeably more green like matcha color, like how I normally have it. I believe that she could clearly see the difference between the two cups. Yet even then, I was told again that it was due to the amount of ice ?!?!
Please understand customers are often more observant than you realize. When someone has been drinking the same beverage every single day for years, they can immediately tell when something is off , even just by looking at it. We don’t need excuses about ice or milk. What we appreciate is honesty. A simple acknowledgment like, 'Sorry, we were really busy and didn’t get it quite right,' would have gone a long way. That kind of response builds trust , not explanations that dismiss the customer's experience.
More than that, I had a $3 coupon from Starbucks in my account. The first staff tried to scan it 2 or 3 times but couldn’t get it to work. Instead of finding a solution, she just told me to try again tomorrow or use the app and ended up charging me full price.
Is this really what customer service is supposed to look like?

1. The refresher is delicious, and I like the popping balls that came with it!
2. The spot has chill casual vibes with an open interior!
3. The staff were friendly and timely with my order!
Note: There is a restroom available for customers! There is also a drive-thru option at this location!

If this is the location in GG on Magnolia, the location from the outside looks like it was closed. There were no obvious sign or lightning that you could see from outside that will indicate it is open. The inside looks dated, bagel tasted like cheap bagels bought from grocery store.

Say outside on this gorgeous day. The partner who took my order was so compassionate to my bad day and personable. The partner who served me took time out to tell me about the training Starbucks gives to new hires. My hot frothy oatmilk pecan coffee drink was perfect. The location is clean and always welcoming. I enjoyed the morning so much more than I would have had I not come here. And the Cranberry Bars are back!!

Will need to give myself extra time for pickup orders, even though the app stated better time frame accuracy. One drink ready at time stated, then after waiting a bit, worker asked what else I was waiting for..... ummmm the second drink on order. I then have to wait as she proceeds to make it, she did apologize and was very sweet ?‍♀️
