The reviews are true. Probably should be lower. I walked in at 9pm and ordered a subway club. Then the staff tell me they are out of lettuce and bellspepper. No mayo. I asked for a bag, sorry, out of bag. Asked to use the restroom. Out of order, but no sign posted.

Never gets online orders right. If u select more of an item such as olives, u might find a couple in there. And they put spinage instead of lettuce. And there is no online pick up lane or direction, just people walking. In circles.

And when ur next after they ring someone up they like to go to the back with our acknowledging customers or even saying we will be right back or right with u.

I don't ever rate places, but for the sake of my mom working here I had too. My mother has 14 plus experience. Never has she been denied a break let alone her lunch. They are understaffed and needs better management. They want the place Nice and running but dont know how to treat their employees. This place is a joke!!

Stay away from this one it is filthy place is nasty and the soda machine is in a horrendous state no ice 2 drinks not working and they didn’t want to give me a refund after purchase because I didn’t want a drink they also didn’t want to upgrade me to a bottle drink even when I offer to pay the extra

Placed my order online at 6:17pm on 1/21/2025. It should’ve been ready at 6:35pm. I get there by then but I see the worker is helping someone. No problem at all. I let him know that I’m here for my pickup order and he proceeds to tell me to wait and help someone else in line that doesn’t have their order ready. This is ridiculous. 6:45pm at the time of this post and still nothing. He is having trouble with the customer he decided to help me instead, doesn’t understand how the coupon works. Please hire workers who can get work done on time. Another customer walked in @6:45pm and their pickup order isn’t ready. Massive line here now at 6:47pm and that guy that just walked in isn’t even taken care of yet because my sandwich isn’t even done yet. This is a joke. Just getting in my car now @6:49

Wow, I didn't think anyone could mess up a simple subway sandwich, but this place nailed it! I placed an order via UE for a turkey sub. Wheat bread (NOT toasted), Provolone cheese, all the veggies, mayo/mustard...plus avocado (that I paid extra for). What I received was a dry piece of bread that had been toasted, no cheese, no mayo/mustard and no avocado! Plus the veggies were wilted/soggy because of the warm toasted bread. This sounds like a dry as hell and tasteless sandwich right?? Well it was!! By far the sloppiest most tasteless subway sandwich I've had. I couldn't even finish it. That's how bad it was. Even a blind monkey can make a better sandwich. I'm sorry for sounding so negative, but that's how disappointed I was with my food. I wish I would had read all the existing negative reviews this place has before ordering. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

They need to train their employees on how to handle mobile orders. The app said that they were ‘preparing’ the meal, after walking in, I noticed that they clearly were not. After letting them know I had a mobile order, they just continued taking walk ins. Ok, so maybe one walk in ahead of mine wouldn’t be a big deal. Nope, as I was sitting there clearly waiting for my order that should have been done almost 30 minutes ago, they just continue on with taking walk ins. The whole point of mobile food apps is to ‘skip the line.’ Cmon people!!!

The only reason i gave thus place 1 star is because i had to !!! The older lady and man working there i think the man was the manager and the lady had some grey in her hair. They have no name tags on of course. But i am ordering 2 combo meals one of them is for my 14 year old daughter and her friend to share and 1 is for me and my husband to share. So i also order 2 medium drinks so everyone will have a drink. Anyway we are done ordering and it come to 33.45 for 2 combo sandwiche meal with drinks but are givin only 1 extra drink makeing it a total of 3 drinks instead of 4. Then she argues with me and says no there is no other drink i will get that what i have is correct and after argueing with the man now for another 15 minutes explaining to him what i ordered at least a dozen times. He says we only owe ypu 1 drink and i was flabergasted to say the least. Im like that is what i explauned to yoyr assustant and you over and over again!!!! After all that he hands me a drink cup....wow wow wow to say the very least...i will nevr eat here again if it was free thank you but no thank you plus there was food on the floor and it sat there during our whole 45 minute experiance and was not cleaned up! Im very dissapointed in subway over this, i have never had a iccident at a subway before this one. These people made my experiance here the worst ever.
