The worst experience ever, the owner refuse to give me the coupon price. I told him that this was wrong, and he rather keep the sandwich already made and then he started to insult me, and he chase me out of the store. I can see now why this store has all this bad reviews.
This was the second time that we have ordered and our sandwiches were sloppy but this time it was literally inedible. It's pretty crazy that they would assume someone would eat it. My sons was the least gross and he had to take apart and wipe off sauce and my wrap couldn't even be picked up without falling apart and it was dripping bad. I tried calling to say something and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone. So at this point that is when you leave a bad review because for $50 for 3 sandwiches at a subway they should at least be something you can eat and not feel that bad about. What happened to this place?! I tip. We usually tip in cash when we pick up. I feel like tipping at subway at least gets you somewhat effort. My wrap looked like the food that's found in the kitchen sink drain. Gross, Guys. At least try.
Unfortunately, the manager and owner of this SPECIFIC SUBWAY does not go by the coupons and trys to charge extra. Such a sad experience, thankfully went else where and all was great.
It is so good

Footlong Pretzel: A Tough Nut to CrackMy recent encounter with Subway's footlong pretzel left me puzzled. The bread, instead of being soft and inviting, resembled a relic from an ancient civilization – hard, unyielding, and seemingly impervious to the passage of time. As I attempted to take a bite, I felt like an archaeologist chipping away at a fossilized artifact. The salt, unfortunately, couldn't salvage the situation; it merely clung to the surface, refusing to penetrate the crust. In summary, Subway's footlong pretzel was a missed opportunity. The combination of rock-hard bread and insufficient seasoning left me longing for a softer, saltier experience. Perhaps next time, they'll strike the right balance – a pretzel that's both satisfyingly crunchy and delightfully seasoned.

Kinda wish I checked out the veggies before buying. Everything was old and brown( tomatoes, lettuce and the spinach) so really I didn’t get anything on my sandwich except what didn’t look bad. Went next door to Ralph’s to buy what I didn’t get. Won’t be returning.

Very skimpy with the portions. All the pics inside are misleading and show stuffed sandwiches but when they make it it is very skimpy and nothing like the pictures! Complete rip off! Too pricey for what you actually get.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Clean shop with a modern look. Great AC.The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helped me make a great Titan Turkey (7/11/23 at 11am). The gentleman and the lady Cashier had wonderful customer service. It was so refreshing to interact with people who are so great at customer interaction. This will definitely be my go-to Subway in my area.
Parking: Can get a little crowded for parking because of the Ralph's, jack in the box and other businesses. But not too bad
Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap parking, curb ramp, and easy wheel chair friendly doors
Dietary restrictions: Build your own sandwiches, salads, and raps. They have a scan menu you can scan before you order about allergies

Cold small space of course, but only One Employee! She was combative when I chose my sandwich and asked to add bacon. Telling me another already had bacon several times going back and forth with me. Finally she caved when I insisted I wanted the one I chose with bacon added not the one she kept telling me "already had bacon". We had added a couple of soups and a bag of chips. Almost fell over when she said, $40 and change! Not going back unless we have coupons!
