Yeah they don't have a sign outside that says they don't accept coupon, then I asked the girl that works there , and she gave me an attitude, she said I don't know why I just started my shift and she refused to answer any more of my questions.

I ordered a footlong sandwich and a large drink. When I got there they said their soda machine wasn’t on and to grab a bottle, and they are the same price. I checked online and the bottle is almost 1$ cheaper so they lied about that. I leave and go to eat my food and my sandwich is wrong. From the bread to the veggies. I called and they didn’t want to deal with it or make it right. I highly recommend going to get food somewhere else as they might lie and mess up your food leaving you hungry and disappointed.

As a very long time Subway customer, I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Firstly, I had my relative pick up my to-go order and he was handed a sealed bag. They did not include my chips nor did they tell him they werent in there and to just grab them. Secondly, Subway has now become another chipotle and is heavily skimping on portions! My sandwiches were VERY THIN and hardly had anything in there. I know the portions have started getting smaller over the years, but this is incredibly ridiculous! I also sent a complaint to corporate and offered to show them the pictures I took of the sandwiches, but all I got back was an apology email. They made absolutely no effort to compensate me for this! My family and I will never step foot in a Subway nor order takeout from them ever again! You'll get more for your money at any other sandwich restaurant!

Kid-friendliness: Really hot day today. My daughter requested some water and they had no water cups but had soda cups so I asked for a small condiment container and she got to drink out of that. Also they don't honor subway coupons. I repeatedly have substandard customer service here and it reminds me repeatedly of my poor decision to get anything from this subway.

She was unprofessional and lazy worker today 6/9 in the afternoon shift. I asked her if she can toast the sandwich. She refused to do it. My kids would love to eat a ham and cheese sandwich with melted cheese but she wouldn’t do it. I had to walk out very angry. Poor customer service and unprofessional. I am buying their food. She treated me like I’m begging her for food. I would never visit this subway ever again. I highly recommend to go to different branch. The girl who works there today was very lazy and rude.

At 3 in the afternoon I went for 3 12 inch sandwiches and asked if I could have them as combos, they prepared them and at the checkout they charged me and I realized that there were no combos and the employee, a woman with a very bad attitude, did not have any combos and came out with me. Dissatisfied food It is supposed to be a business and it makes money I think I could change to combo but they are Latino and another Latino described me to an Anglo-Saxon that woman with a bad attitude would not be treated the same out of respect I did not want to argue but I would not return to this place
