Lack of customer service issue. I ordered soup, foot long, two chips and a large drink that I planned to eat during my Overnight Caregiving shift. I learned that the employee working was the manager(that's what she told me) and when I asked for a plastic bag to place all my items into she placed the bag on the counter and did not bother to help bag the food items. She proceeded to tell me that I did not need a plastic bag. I told her yes I do because I cannot carry two brown Subway bags plus my Overnight luggages into work. As I am explaining this to her she states I dont care about you or you traveling Overnight. I asked for my receipt and she said no she would not give it and she crinkled the receipt and moved it to the side of the money box. I asked for her name and she said she did not need to tell me her name. I asked for a refund due to poor customer service and she gave me a Voided receipt. I am not clear if the refund took place because Subway staff member turned off the lights inside of Subway, pointed and exclaimed, "Get out!!!" She mentioned she did not care what I had to say and I needed to, "Get out of her store". I'm really concerned about her behavior and Customer Service. I did not leave Subway feeling like a valued customer. I let her know that and she said she did not care.

Placed one order through the app. Many mistakes made on the sandwich. Tried a second time and same result. The third time I ordered through the app, they voided the order after it was confirmed through the app. I don't tip subway or similar places. It's not something that requires a tip. It's the same guy there all the time. Perhaps Mr. Twink is feeling under appreciated. Three is my limit. I'll try one of the other subways located everywhere.

This Subway is just another Subway but it's the one nearest me. I hadn't been to Subway in a pretty long time so I was somewhat surprised that they still have the spicy Italian.

If I could leave no stars, I would. So we ordered 2 footlongs. One black forest ham with provolone cheese, olives and lettuce on white bread. They got this one correctly made. The second one was a Philly Cheese steak on wheat with provolone, onion, lettuce, cucumber, and green pepper on wheat. We got everything BUT the cheese. I called Subway and I explained that there was no cheese, the employee "assured me that there was cheese in it." Oh my. Really? When I am looking at the sandwich right in front of me opened up and was searched through...I was reassured that it was in it. Oh my... So I insisted that it wasn't so I was told to bring in the sandwich. Ok.... So I did. I took the sandwich back to this Subway location on Valley View and Lampson... There were two employees there. A younger looking employee took my sandwich (by the one, she was extremely upset and had a sour look on her face) and proceeded to open (with attitude) the wrapper and rummaged through the sandwich. She didn't say anything and just placed the sandwich on the table in the back room. The other employee was finishing up the new sandwich WITH the cheese. HOWEVER.... She had made it on white bread. I had ordered it on wheat. BUT I did not going to say anything.. It wasn't worth it anymore. At the end the second employee hands me the newly "correctly" made footlong and just says. "Here you go." That's it. "Here you go." NO sorry we made a mistake. Just a "here you go" now get out of our face ending. REALLY? That was one of the WORST customer service ever! I will not be going here every again. How do you not apologize if it is straight up your fault. I didn't tell at you and I didn't criticize you. I just stated that there was no cheese so I would like it correctly made. I paid for this. And my instructions were clear in the order. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering from here.

unfortunately i can not give this place no stars ..This place has one of the rudest employee ever i have gone here so many times and i have never experienced any rude employees until today i believe she is new .I called to explain something and she was just so rude and loud and ended up hanging up on me because i asked to speak to someone else .

I regularly eat at Subway and I love the food it is very healthy. But at this location at the corner of valley view and lampson I ordered a 6-inch sub and was told by the lady that I cannot add additional items when on my sub . I'll never return to this location this is the worst subway I've ever been to they hire employees that are from other countries that do not understand that customer service is number one keeping employees like this is going to destroy your customer loyalty and reputation.Never again wow I'm estatic rite now

Absolutely disgusting. Got 2 sandwiches and both of them had hair in them. I called the store and the "manager" Karmen answered and kept saying she can't refund a "doordash order" when I told her several times it was through the subway app. When I mentioned the hair She was denying that there was hair "in the lettuce" when I didn't even mention lettuce just the sandwiches. This makes me believe she's seen the hair sitting in the food and doing nothing about it. That's absolutely disgusting. I mentioned that they should be wearing hair nets if that's the case. She stated "our hair is up" but when I walked in their hair was nowhere near kept up. Some of it was back and most of it was coming out of the sides of your visor. After back and forth I finally got my refund but this is ridiculous and disgusting. I will be reaching out higher up. I understand because I've been in food service but this is just gross and the conversation that followed was worse. I've never had issues here before but this is the last time I'm gonna spend my money at this store. Karmen kept denying that there was hair and when requesting for her boss she stated she won't give it out. So thanks "Karen".

Honestly the best Subway I've ever been to. I walked in with me and my 7 friends and we all ordered sandwiches. This place definitely deserves a higher rating than 2.5 stars.

This place has been on and off the past few months, sometimes giving away our online order other times being under supplied of ingredients, but the other day was the last straw. My wife ordered three sandwiches, first two custom made, but the third one? No. The subway club only comes as is? RIDICULOUS. Oh and my Philly steak and cheese pro was not worth it. I am done with this one.

The workers there have HORRIBLE attitude. Slamming the doors on the oven and throwing the sandwiches around. Sad that they're so miserable with their life that they have to give that attitude to customers. I'd give this subway a 0 stars if I could.

Needless to say but I ordered a sandwich to take for lunch. I've been here a few times and noticed they do NOT make sandwiches according to subways' employee training. I have read other reviews talking about the skimping of toppings. I'm not asking for anything crazy. When I ask for spinach I don't want you to grab 4 leaves and rip them in half and sprinkle that on my sandwich. When I ask for more, she grabbed two more and tried to sprinkle that. The illusion of sprinkling doesn't mean that there is enough food to actually sprinkle. Same with the red onions, grabbed maybe three. Asked for more she grabbed a few more. Didn't lay out the turkey like other locations. She had them crumbled and the center had no meat. They were out of cucumbers. And their vegetables are never fresh. There bread is never fresh. The owner or wife of owner always parks right in the front. The few times I parked next to her car and was looking for my wallet and keys in my purse, she stared at me from behind the counter and even walked closer to the door. As if I was going to try and steal her Hyundai... I took the survey and got the same response as another reviewer. Don't tell me they are abiding my subway policy when they aren't. This is an individually owned franchise and the owners are trying to save a buck by skimping. Drive further and go elsewhere. They do not accept coupons but they'll still charge you almost $10 for a foot long with old ingredients and less than the Standard amount of protein.
