This is my go to for deep fried bun bao. I include a picture of the menu you can choose anything on the menu to be deep fried for an additional $3. Their is good and the price is fair.
Heard few people talked about the new Vietnamese's Steamed Bun/Banh Bao, at Banh Bao T.P. I had to try it and went there to get some. The service was pleasant and crowded. The pricing is little high for the small version compared to the original Steamed Bun. The taste was ok and not great. I was referred to this place by my brother's girlfriend a year ago, and I have to say I go here frequently now. This is the one located on Euclid and Garden Grove. The baos are amazing and perfectly sized where you can several at a time. And the proportion of dough to meat is perfect since most places will have too much dough and you're left feeling super full without satisfaction. Every one of their meat baos are great!
