Hi! I went to Taco Bell on Harbor Blvd next Chevron at about 9:30. As I was about to order, I man got out of his SUV along the drive- thru lane, opened all his doors open, and started walking around my car. I told the employee that I would place my order at the window because of the guy walking around my car. When I got to the window, the employee said she couldn't take my order because she could not take two orders at the same time. I explained about the strange guy by the speaker, and I didn't feel safe. She said fine, what do you want? I said, "Never mind, I will take my business elsewhere. It's OK in the daytime, but do not go at night time. Taco Bell should install lights in the back area for employee and customer safety. If they had a negative star, I would have picked it. - Monica

My coworker and I walked in to grab a bite to eat for lunch. We ordered our food and it came out promptly. I ordered the Mexican pizza combo with 2 tacos and my wife got 4 tacos and a chalupa. Everything was good, everything came out quick and hot, no issues with our order and the guys that were working were really nice. As you can see I spent over 10 bucks, but it was well worth it. The inside is nice and clean, smells clean and has lots of room to eat. The outside had a few peddlers, but nothing that would be scared of. They will not hurt you, they are just sitting there asking for left overs. Other than that, we shall be back :)

I ordered a Crunchwrap and look at what they made me. It literally has no meat!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck!!!!! Who is making the food ???? not only that but the worker in the drive thru told me to reverse back when I was already in the window to get my order ?????? I don’t understand what that was for!!

Skimpy, no cheese in the CHEESE roll up or the CHEESE quesadilla. Almost 5$ for a plain quesadilla yet all it is is a tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. Same goes forThe roll ups.

Pulled up to get our mobile order and when we pulled up to the window… the staff asked us to back up from the window…. It was almost like they were hiding something. Really weird and unprofessional on our opinion.

Horrible customer service. Employees just talk to each other and don't care about customers. Received my order without any hot sauce as requested and when came back to get hot sauce, they were rude saying I never asked for any hot sauce and employees laughed. I feel targeted because of my race and reached out to corporate.
