I just had my 2nd disappointing experience at Taste today. I ordered the Karate Chicken for online pickup and requested some ketchups, paid for extra ranch, and weak sauce. However, upon pickup, I discovered there was no ketchup in my order. When I politely asked for ketchup, two workers responded rudely by shouting, 'It's on the bottom.' Not wanting to cause any further inconvenience, I returned to my car to double-check, only to find that there was no ketchup included at all

The classic teas here are good. I also like the Vietnamese coffee as well. It's not too strong IMO. The environment and service was good. No complaints here

Love the drinks here at this location as this is always on point. Anna the manager knows what' shes doing as her service is phenomenal and very professional. Ambience is great especially after a long day at work and all you want to do is chill with your friends and get some dessert. Easily the best location I've been to.

Such a good boba spot! Their customer service is immaculate. I am always greeted right when I walk in. The place has multiple benches to sit on while waiting for your order. My order always comes out efficiently even during rushes and the food always hits. Definitely a go-to!!
I've been to this place a couple of times. This is my FAVORITE boba place in the OC area HANDS DOWN. The strawberry ecstasy is delicious and good amount of less sweet for me. My boyfriend and I love their lychee freeze since we're both a big fan of lychee. My boyfriend tried the lychee freeze the first time and he instantly loved it. The passion attraction is delicious and it consist with boba and coconut jelly. The peach oolong tea was okay- I would recommend their slushy or teas. The service was fast & employees are nice and friendly. The store is outdoors and great atmosphere it's just pick up and go. I would definitely come back here and if you have the app they have deals on it too sometimes.

It was almost closed when we stopped by here almost 10:00 pm but staff still so friendly and cheerful to help us. Not knowing what we want and they are still so patiently waiting for us to order. We got the matcha coffee, thai tea, and peach me sweetea. They are all good and refreshing regardless the temperature outside is a bit chilly. This location is window ordering only there is no inside ordering. And didn't see any seating outside either. Parking not bad maybe its late at night

Tastea has always been a solid boba option when you need a boba fix. They have a huge menu to choose from and include different snacks to much on. I like how they allow you to switch out the teas you want the drink to be made with. I have gotten the strawberry milk tea plenty of times but oddly, the color is never consistent. The strawberry milk tea was more grey tone than a bright pink color. Their boba is always spot on and so soft. The service was average (the person takes your order and that's all); they didn't really greet you. Tastea is definitely a great spot for boba though!

The service at this location is just horrible. Came here to pick up an online order and no one was at the pick up window. I hit the bell for service and can see people in the back walking back and forth noticing my presence but none came to assist! It wasn't even busy. Management needs to train their staffs here better. My experience at the other Tastea location are top notch.

Quick and easy boba fix! I walked up and was surprised there is no indoor area. They have a full menu too with fries and popcorn chicken. I got peach me sweetea and kryptonite. They're my go to drinks! Next to THH and Lucky Seafood for your food needs.
