Tastea Garden Grove (Harbor)

I came here on Tuesday night, the guy staff was very good and quick. I like him very much and come here often, thank you for serving me so well 💕

1. The drinks were well-crafted and refreshing!
2. The spot has fun casual vibes with a small interior!
3. The staff were friendly and timely with our drinks!

I bought an avocado smoothie but the avocado was not ripe yet, never tasted so bad

Really disappointed that I found this in my $13 chicken. Usually Tastea hit the spot but not today

Great place for Boba and more

I’ve visited here a few times bc 1) this is the closest location to me and 2) they send me coupons or special deals via their rewards app.

Parking: They’re located in a small corner with a small parking lot. Usually when I visit, finding a spot is easy bc people are always coming in n out.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with limited indoor seating. It’s very similar to any other Tastea locations. I think they’re located in a dead spot bc I could never get signal inside.

Service: You can place your order with a worker or place your order via the tablet. Throughput can take a while since they’re low staff.

Drinks & food: Their drinks are pretty consistent. Their milk teas taste as usual. Occasionally I get their Vietnamese coffee. Their Viet coffee is sweeter than most, but you can adjust to your liking. This was my first time trying their Chicken Jujutsu Bowl. It’s basically popcorn chicken with rice, corn, & basil. It was actually really good; the chicken was coated & seasoned well.

Pricing: It’s what you’d expect from a supply chain boba shop. Highly recommend joining their rewards app to receive coupons and special deals.

It was my kids and I first time trying this place and we were very unsatisfied 1 out of 3 drinks we bought were good and the customer service was horrible Sidney was with very rude.

I ordered before other customers and they got their order before me.

Decent place... not the best Tastea. Seems to be alot if new staff and they aren't as mindful as other locations

Got nothing but flour nuggets

Went here because of the national boba day coupon, and they forgot to put boba in the drink! I go back inside to ask the male worker to add the boba and he snatches the cup and re-reads the ticket on the cup multiple times to see if I actually ordered honey boba! It’s not my fault you didn’t notice it the first time but to act like I’m scamming the store by asking for .75 boba, downright rude. Sad to see this tastea going downhill with rude service

Great drinks and service! Tried the avocado avalanche and tea of mango. They were both delicious and refreshing.
