There are many Vietnamese dessert options. It's cash only, and parking is hard to find.

Cash only fyi! Decent assortment of desserts but quite overpriced for quality. Other reviews say same thing. $4/ea for a small dessert. Tiny sesame balls are $2/5 and not quite worth it. Noticed volume of customers is dropping, likely due to prices. If you're next door for 7 leaves, maybe stop by. Otherwise, try another che place.

A Vietnamese friend recommended this place to me, saying it offers authentic Vietnamese snacks — and I’m glad I gave it a try!
I sampled a few different snacks (though I’m not exactly sure what they were called), but everything I tried was tasty and very affordable.
There was a short wait before ordering, but once our order was taken, the service was quick and efficient.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to try authentic Vietnamese desserts and snacks!

Please check your bag before you leave the store. They tend to intentionally or unintentionally forget your stuffs. They just charged me for 2 items at the register but put only 1 in my several order bag.

A small authentic Vietnamese dessert spot with a huge variety. The bánh ít trần was great, with lots of filling, a good sticky texture, and mung bean coating. The xôi lá cẩm and xôi lá dứa combo was great The rice itself was dry, but the mung bean and coconut topping made it better. The Bánh rán was good, but it tasted too oily.

With so many other restaurants, bakeries, and cafes nearby offering more variety, larger portions, or better quality for the same price—or even less—it was hard not to feel disappointed. For $4 each I could get a fresh pastry from the trendy bakery next door.
Smells like garbage all around this building.

This establishment and its sibling under the same name on Bolsa Ave do not give paper receipts to customers. The amount due is always calculated mentally by the salesperson. Businesses like these are the reason Westminster residents have to pay the highest sales tax rate in the county (9.25%} to cover for the lack of revenue of the city due to tax evasion. All customers should start asking for a paper receipt for their transaction when coming here.

This place has the best Vietnamese desserts. Customer service is good. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I don't speak much Vietnamese but I know just enough to order. My go to is the Chè Ba Mau. Parking is limited but you can always park in the nearby neighborhood and walk there.

Vegetarian options: Nearly all the desserts are vegetarian, and probably vegan because they use coconut milk, but it's not labeled vegan. The savory dishes do have meat options
Parking: Small lot, lots of waiting, but the line moves quickly enough.

Fortunately, there are a lot of things to talk about here, customers need to talk about the phone, customers have to talk: Only if you're here, there's a connection to the phone, only if you need to use the phone, it's time to give it to the customer. As well as continuing to talk, many people's friends also complain, maybe just stop talking, because the country's water connection will echo into the guest's safe.
All kinds of sweet soup and cakes,... anyone far from home who craves Vietnamese snacks should stop by the shop, it's easy to find.
