This place has the best Vietnamese desserts. Customer service is good. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I don't speak much Vietnamese but I know just enough to order. My go to is the Chè Ba Mau. Parking is limited but you can always park in the nearby neighborhood and walk there.
Vegetarian options: Nearly all the desserts are vegetarian, and probably vegan because they use coconut milk, but it's not labeled vegan. The savory dishes do have meat options

I like everything about this place, but a few times I realize something is missing when I got home, I don't want to go back cause I live far away.
