Good cakes, and okay service. Hobos shooting up drugs outside, check. This place is sketch. Walked in and noticed druggies snorting their drugs outside of this place. Walked in and there was no order. Customers cutting in line and the store owners not giving a damn. Previously we placed an advance order and they sold our cakes to someone else. At this point, I may not come back.

Not sure what Mr.BuffettSoCal was talking about. seems like he just likes to write creatively. I did not experience any of whatever amusement park he was talking about. I came here yesterday and bought the 12 piece tray. I selected a variety of cakes and a couple jellos. i must say all of it is so so tasty. the store inside is small and humble, family owned. Appeared clean and service was so kind and helpful. she showed me the different sizes and little cakes i could order. all of which was packed nicely. steamed cakes came with coconut sauce and sesame seeds. I will definitely be back here to this little gem.

Stopped by here after dinner and there was a small line, mostly elderly Vietnamese folks so you know it's legit. The cassava cake is the best! Honeycomb and taro pretty good. The baked flan was a bit too eggy, I'd pass on that. They have a banana ice cream special but sold out - I'll definitely be coming back to try that, and to try the che.

One of my favorite places to pick up some dessert for a family party. I always get an assortment tray and order some extra coconut sauce. My favorites are the bánh bò nướng & bánh da lợn. This place used to be super crowded and customers would have to wait out into the parking lot but they have recently expanded into the unit next door and it has made them a lot quicker and more efficient. I usually order online and when I come to pick up, my tray is already packed and ready for me. It's a small little to go shop in the back corner of the plaza with no option for indoor seating, so you'll have to stand around and hang out until your order is ready, but it's so worth it!

I've been a long-time customer, and I'm thrilled to see the menu expanding with new items. This morning's stop was fantastic--fresh, delicious, and affordable. The Vietnamese iced coffee, Pate chaud, and Flan were all highlights this morning. Also, banana ice cream (kem chuối) was perfect for a pick me up snack, packed with Vietnamese banana and coconut sauce, peanuts and big chunks of jackfruit for only $2.

We were on our way to get a new Vietnamese dessert at another place, but I saw a good review on Yelp and came here instead. It is in a small business complex in the corner. The place is clean. Parking lot at this location is very limited. This is just a simple to go dessert shop. They have variety of Vietnamese sweet and drinks. Prices were reasonable. You can purchase by the piece (like 2-bites size) to large catering order. If you have a large order, you can fill out the order sheet to make it easier. Ordered: Che Thai - Fruit cocktail - It was good. Banh Da Lon/Steamed Layer Cake - It was lacking sweetness from the mung bean filling. I like the original grocery store brought that comes in 4 square pieces. Thach La Dua/Pandan - Crunchy jelly with Pandan flavor Khoai mi nuong/Baked Cassava - This was the only one was the sweetest of all. Banh Flan - was sort of bitter in taste. It wasn't good as compared to other places we tried. Overall, it was just okay.

We stumbled upon this bakery gem and sampled 8 different kind of cakes/jellos. The aroma of the freshly baked pandan cakes will definitely draw you in. We also tried the iced coffee w yogurt. Everything is delicious. Thanks Lộc/Tâm/An for the warm and helpful service. We will definitely be back.

My visit was on 12/23 at around 1 pm. I hope owner trains employees better and has signs to distinguish lines for placing orders and order pick up/prepaid orders.

The pastries are always delicious and fresh. The owner, Ms. Thanh is such a sweetheart. You can always call beforehand to order as the line does get long.

Noh! Pictures look good but in real life, the pork pastries are not. Theses are crispy but greasy and have very little meat.

Fresh and delicious vietnamese desserts. They use high quality ingredients to make their desserts. Love their buttery moist Angel cake/sponge cake like cupcakes sprinkles with cotton shredded pork and salted eggs. They cater all desserts for parties and gathering.

Love the delicious variety of Vietnamese pastries offered. The service is professional, personal and inviting. The packaging of your order tray is neatly and beautifully displayed. They are quick, convenient and friendly. Love supporting this small business! I'd come back time and time again!

This is a fantastic take out bakery that I love coming back to. There are lots of special treats here. The owners are kind and patient and the food is fresh and there are so many choices. Vietnamese is the primary language, but feel free to point to pictures, speak slowly and be patient.Parking: It can get a bit dicey to get parking especially if there are people lined up outside. There is a small parking lot outside and if you drive past the shop there is some parking in the back. The patrons aren't always great about letting cars to pass through so be slow and careful. Just be patient.
