The bread tasted weird, it was hard and old. Same thing with the tres leches cake I got. Don’t waste your money here.

On Friday I went to the bakery for the first time, the bread had a good presentation, unfortunately the bread was stale, obviously it wasn't the same day, all the pieces I bought were old bread, even the horn was stale, I also bought a slice of mocha cake and for my bad luck I got a hair in the chantilli, how sad that they sell old bread at a price as if it were new, I understand that businesses cannot throw away everything that is not sold, but they should be honest with their customers, what I had to throw it away and it bothers me to pay for poor quality. My husband and I tried all the pieces and none of them were edible. Hard and bad tasting bread. The price of bread is not commensurate with its quality. I hope they pay attention to my comment and do their best to offer better quality in their bread, it is not fair for customers to pay for a bad product.

I had always had a good experience in this bakery but today's experience left a lot to be desired. The person who served me wanted to sell me what she wanted and not what I was asking for.
I buy so bread ? from here it was hard as a rock
20 years going to the place

I recently had a disappointing experience at this bakery. To start with, the bread that I purchased was old and hard. It was evident that the bread had been sitting out for a while as it was dry, stale, and not appetizing at all. Moreover, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Instead, the workers were chatting amongst themselves. It's unacceptable for an establishment to provide such poor customer service. To make matters worse, I ended up throwing all the bread away because it was inedible. The fact that I had to waste my money and time to purchase such poor quality bread is unacceptable.
Very bad experience with these people, you ask them for a cake to your liking and they don't want it, you ask for tres leches, and they give it to you at the checkout without any aluminum tray, so the milk drains, very bad service, aside from the attitude of those who serve you, never again and we don't even recommend it.?
Got a birthday cake from them for one of my daughters This is great and family owned operated good people correct great pastries anything you need from breakfast till you know whatever special orders
The attention of the old woman who charges money and the tongs with which she makes the bread is too lousy and thus she puts her hand into the bag where she puts the bread, and she gets angry because someone asks for another bag when the observation is made. to make money and other things like that, how are we with the pandemic and wants you to eat the bread in the bag where you put your f****** hand full of microbes, I do not recommend that bakery ?????
Excellent cakes and above all very delicious ?
