My first time there. Met friends per their suggestion. Said they’ve eaten there before and liked it. I noticed the low review rating but I didn’t read the reviews. Upon entering, there were only three tables of people. The young lady that served us was very nice and polite, but lacked customer service. I had to get up four times and ask for things that should have already been brought to the table prior to our food arriving (tools). As I stated, the server was very polite to me and I appreciated that. I honestly think that she was short handed. Because I didn’t see anyone bussing the tables after customers left. My friends ordered the clams, shrimp and crawfish but I ordered the fish and chips. I cannot speak for how their food was prepared or tasted but my fish and chips were good.
In my opinion, I think there are too many of these types of places in the area and unless you’re crazy busy like The Boiling Crab, it’s going to be hard to keep fresh seafood on hand. $100 plus tip for dinner is a lot of money. Especially if you can’t trust that the food isn’t fresh. If people in the reviews are getting food poisoning because the seafood isn’t fresh, then it’s only a matter of time before they go out of business.

Placed an order online and got a text that the food was ready about 15mins later. Arrived at the restaurant and they didn’t even start the order until I got there. What the heck.
Rodent infestation here, refrain from eating here, they have Rats!!!!!!!!!!!
It's food is fine
My order cost me $70 and we had to throw it away. The few clams and mussels we tried made us extremely sick with food poisoning!!!! When contacting the restaurant they just laughed at me! I will be contacting the health department! Please be careful eating here it could cost you a trip to the ER!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would! My order cost me $70 and had to throw most of it away. The clams and mussels made us extremely sick with food poisoning!!! Also they removed my unfavorable review on GrubHub! I will be contacting the health department!

excellent,delicious.
The service was nice. The gentleman was very helpful and attentive. I ordered crab legs and mussels. The food was steaming hot. I also really like the sauce although child's play still has a kick to it (it's not mild). The crab legs tasted frozen. The mussels smelled extremely fishy and after eating 5, I had a rotten taste in my mouth. My hands still smell rotten. I'm hoping that I don't get sick given that we are on vacation. I informed the server of the fishy smell when he asked if I wanted the mussels packaged to go (probably 20 mussels remaining). He apologized but presented no resolution. I expected fresh seafood given the area. $85 later, I am heading to McDonald's.
We visit Disneyland often and look to eat good food...not this time. The worst meal
I've had in a long time.
