Habit Burger & Grill

I recently went through the drive-thru at the new Garden Grove location with my boyfriend and daughter, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We ordered two combos and a kids' meal, but we were short. When we asked to adjust one combo to just a sandwich to adjust the price, the employee rudely said, "What do you mean? It's already done." We kindly asked again, and she proceeded to say,"I can't. ". We asked for a manager and the employee hesitated at first and rolled her eyes.

We found out the managers name is Francisca, who was just as unhelpful and unprofessional. This is the second time we've experienced poor service here. As a family, we were excited about this new location being so close, but sadly, the employees have been unfriendly both times. It’s not the welcoming atmosphere you’d hope for when dining with family.

Everything including service and the food was amazing. Very large and very clean. Ana greeted me with a big smile and was very helpful with suggestions. I will definitely make this location my go to one.

Stood at counter, not one of these employees acknowledged us,
You would think it would be common courtesy to greet a "would be" customer walking into a restaurant? Even a very busy " We will be right with you" would have made all the difference !
A little disappointed, it appears this a common service practice of the habit,

Never had a bad experience with Habit Burger before. This might be the worst location. Ordered green bean fries, so much salt I couldn't finish the small fry without coughing! Ordered a burger with no onions cause my husband is allergic to onions, oh man, so many onions on the burger!!!!!! Such a waste of $. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. This place is not very cheap but to take your money and get your order this wrong!!!!! I can honestly say I feel so much worse after eating here!!! Money is not well spent if you decide to eat here. Sooooooo salty!!!!!??????

Horrible customer service and rude staff. Specifically the guy with tattoos. He was more busy texting on his phone then helping. The guy in blue shirt as well just walking around. They were all busy talking to each other on their headsets. Not to mention texting and handling food. Playing loud music while still dinning. Who ever runs this restaurant do better handling your staff. Specially with all this same reviews of being ignored and they never approach us just ignore us. Never coming back. Bad representation of habit because their food is good but staff is horrible.

I'd avoid this place if you'd want to receive what you actually ordered. This is my second time ordering the Char & Bites Bundle where they "forgot" one order of french fry. Don't bother ordering the $0.60 sauces they never come in the bag. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER OR BETTER YET AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY CAN'T COUNT!!

Brand new store, we were welcomed immediately as we walked in the door. We were looking at the menu as we're asked if had any questions,but didn't. We ordered our food the girl was was very friendly, efficient and quick. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I ordered the char with cheese and and a mocha shake my husband ordered a patty melt and the green beans (can't go wrong with those). Everything was fresh and delicious. There's one just up the street from us in the Disneyland area, I would rather come to this one instead.
