Service was 10/10 very nice people. Food was also good. The onion rings were very crispy. I got their mango lemonade, very refreshing.

They always close earlier than posted. Workers just sitting inside the restaurant just having a good time! Where's the management?

10 min wait for cashier to take my order. Did not use kiosks because I was using cash. Smells dirts, looks dirty. Food under every table and trash..This habit rest is in Orange.

No drive thru even though they have a drive thru lol. You have to order online to pick up. I had to go in with pjs. The food was good! And the people were nice. The whole drive thru thing is weird and so unpractical.

Food is great, Habbit charred cheesburger is one of my favorite. Kiosk ordering is very fast and convenient, I prefer the Kiosk because I'm rying to avoid unpleasant experience with rude customer service, but oh boy the manager is rude. I bet he doesn't like to be replaced by the screen ordering system, or he don't specifically like Asian people, or maybe he need his nappy time, poor old man.

During my recent visit to this particular Habit Burger Grill, I found the experience notably lacking in comparison to other locations. First off, the meat in my burger appeared undercooked, with a distinct pink hue, which I suspect led to a bout of food poisoning later on. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find both toilet paper rolls in the restroom empty--a clear oversight in management and a basic necessity that speaks volumes about a restaurant's attention to customer comfort. Additionally, the buns served with my meal lacked fluffiness, and overall, the food seemed less fresh than what I've come to expect from The Habit. This visit was a letdown in several aspects, highlighting significant areas for improvement.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Charburger, and the Tempura Green Beans and fries. It was a rainy day so not many people were here. I got my meal in less than eight minutes. However, the meal was somewhat cold. The bread was soggy, the meat was lukewarm, and the avocado wasn't so fresh. The fries and tempura green beans were also not that warm. It makes me think they gave me an order that someone never picked up.

My family and I stopped in while traveling through the state. We found a clean restaurant, with tidy restrooms. The habit burger was hot and delicious, the onion rings and ranch were the best I have ever had. My in laws both ordered the ahi sandwich and agreed it was fresh and delicious. We will be back!

Nice, clean, new place, but it just too expensive for a burger/sandwich place. I do have to say the spicy chicken wasn't very spicy, but the ice tea was great.

Brand new store, we were welcomed immediately as we walked in the door. We were looking at the menu as we're asked if had any questions,but didn't. We ordered our food the girl was was very friendly, efficient and quick. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I ordered the char with cheese and and a mocha shake my husband ordered a patty melt and the green beans (can't go wrong with those). Everything was fresh and delicious. There's one just up the street from us in the Disneyland area, I would rather come to this one instead.

I stopped by the drive through with my wife earlier today. We had the pattymelt, the bbq chicken chop salad and onion rings. This place has the best onion rings in town! 10 of 10 The BBQ chop was good too but it felt like it was missing something, Maybe something with a bite like carrots or fresh corn? 8/10 The pattymelt was so so. Felt like it was missing that Melty-cheesy carmelized onion bite I crave when I order one. 7/10 The service was superb, our attendant had a broken wrist but you couldn't tell by how hard and quickly he was working. the building is new, I've been inside one or twice but didn't go in this time, that said it is a beautiful location and it's close to home. We will be back, thank you :-)

Walked in and everyone looked at me but know one said hello. Tried to start an order, and called out for help 3 times, no one said anything. Finally I said,.so is know one going to help me? I was trying to figure out how to modify an order... so the guy walked over to me and said you can modify you order through the self ordering kiosk. I asked if he could help me, he walked away and yelled for someone in the back to help me sarcastically. They were all so rude, and know one wanted to help me so I walked out. For this to be a new locations. You'd think they would have better customer service. Will not be returning.
