compared to other poke places, this place is my favorite. The sauces are flavorful, portions are fire, and fish super yummy.

The food was super good but I found a full mosquito or fly insect in my rice. I still ate all of it because I’m not gonna waste a bowl of poke. Other than the fly in my rice the food is bomb. 🔥

1. The restaurant space is pursuing a dark Japanese style that looks very cool.
2. The menu layout is clear and easy to see. The staff are very quick and enthusiastic. The food counter always looks clean and they also have small candy trays for customers, very friendly.
3. The quality of the food is consistent, fresh, and full of nutrients. We can adjust the thickness according to our request. Delicious and fast. I really like to eat here on days when I feel lazy to cook.

A girl who worked there was so rude! I went for the first time today is 3.6.25 around 2-3pm and she yelled at me so loud! She treated me like I didn’t know anything about that place! I know it was my first time but I had to look at the menu on the board and she stared at me like I was a criminal! The way she yelled at me to choose 3 proteins and I was still confused and she yelled 3 proteins!!! And one of the staff there laughed and looked at that mean girl!!! I just wanted to try a different location of lowkey! I have been a customer of Lowkey for so many years at my home location but this was my first time at this location and no more!! Bad customer service, I have never seen an Asian girl treat an asian like this!!

Vegetarian options: First and last time at that location

Really good place to eat.

Best poke in my opinion. I can't go anywhere else cause it's so good. Don't doordash or Uber eats though. For some reason, it's always wrong. But good food nonetheless.

The food is fine, but their customer service needs improvement. Workers were very rude, frowning the entire time and not willing to answer menu questions for a first timer. They were more concerned with getting us out the door, handed us our food without saying a word.
I will not be back.

It pains me to write a low review but I've eaten here twice and although the food was great upon entry, I experienced mild food poisoning each time. Poison me once, I'll still give you a chance. Poison me twice, never eating another slice.

This place is the bada bing bada b-b-bomb! Yo, I love this place, not like the way someone loves their children or their motorcycle, but you know what I mean. This place has some of the best poke I have ever tasted, and I have tried quite a few. Starting from the base, you have to try their bootea rice, it’s a nice cilantroey tasting rice, I really like it. Then on to the protein: they have your usual ingredients: tuna, salmon, and their respective spicy counterparts, shrimp, octopus, scallop, and occasionally (if they don’t run out) salmon belly, the ingredients are pretty decent quality. Then the sauce, my go to is usually the shoyutheway and wasababy sauce, yes, they have weird sauce names, but some people name their kids weird, so there’s that, but they taste good. The sauces, not the kids, that’s weird. They have a pretty compact sitting area, you might have to rub elbows with strangers, but who cares when the food is good. Anyway, just go and get you some tasty protein packed bowl and feel good about your day.

At about $20 for a regular bowl, you get a lot of value here. They start you off with 3 proteins, instead of the usual 2, making it a substantial meal. The menu offers a good variety of options, and they’ve made the ordering process straightforward. I even saw someone order the 5-scoop bowl—it was massive! The salad comes with ponzu sauce, which pairs well, though the sides are limited (no mango, for example). They offer complimentary water, but not extras like tea or cucumber-infused water. I’m curious to try the bamboo rice next time. Still exploring the area for my go-to poke spot, but this place is promising.

All I have to say is that the pokey at this place is the best!!!

They offer fresh Protein and Fresh sides and just the perfect amount of rice and spring mix. The sauces that they offer are delicious! Don’t forget to add hard boiled egg.
