First time my husband and I ate at this restaurant. We were in the area for our great nieces christening. The staff were friendly, professional, courteous and helpful.
The food was mouth watering and delicious with large portions plenty to share.
Highly recommend this location if you’re ever in the area. Tell them Janice sent you.

Bo nuong xa and Bo nuong la lot were tasty with lots of fresh vegetables.
This restaurant had very few customers. They had a fire, closed for a while, and just reopened recently. So if you're looking for a good restaurant for the weekend, come before people discover them again.

Price has increased so much. From $17.99 reasonable for venison dish and its portion size to $22 and now $26. So are the other dishes. This happened over 2-3 years time. Food seemed to be smaller portion but price keeps increasing. I think that’s a huge increase within that time frame. I like it here but it keeps me or customers from coming to eat often. We then skip it altogether and rather pay $32 for AYCE BBQ
True Vietnamese flavor.

First time dining here. Food was bland though. Parking is terrible. Service was good.
Parking: Very limited parking. Small spots. Not for large trucks or vehicles.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times now. My first trip to Cali, my family and I went here to try the Bo 7 Mon and it was delicious and the portion was good. So good that we went back a few days later. They were generous with the lettuce and whatever you need to make the wraps. However, that experience has changed a lot when my family and I were there recently. First off, the portion was much smaller. The price went up a little bit since a year ago which is understandable because of inflation but I expect the portion to stay similarly the same. The food was still good, not as good as the first time we had but still good. We went on a weekday and there were only 2 tables occupied including ours but the service was a bit slow. We didn’t mind. Good to catch up on things and talk.We had 6 people so tips (18%) were already included in the price. For 18%, we expect better service. The manager or waiter seemed unhappy every time our family asked for more vegetables or asking for more sauce. I had to get up and reminded about the sauce cause we were waiting for more than 5 mins. They were not busy that night and maybe the person with busy with something. One thing to be careful and mindful is that. The person already included the tips in the total cost, we paid using our visa and we had to sign the sheet. The person told us to just sign and leave the tips and total price section alone. I could be wrong but please DO NOT do that. Make sure you fill in everything. Once you leave, the person can write whatever number for the tips and the total and you will find out later that you overpaid. It happened before to a friend of ours and ended up with a huge bill. My finance and I felt that it was really weird he told us that. He could be honest but he could not be.Overall, we were disappointed because we had much better experience before. Just be prepare to pay a bit more than usual because the portion is smaller than before.

Delicious
Food was actually pretty decent. However, I already left a good tip on the table before going to pay up front. After signing the receipt, the cashier, presumably the owner asked "no tip?", I had to tell him it's on the table. Rude and greedy as hell.

The best Baked Catfish Spring Rolls. The fish ALWAYS comes out fresh and crispy here.
Excellent & Authentic 7 Course Beef & Grilled Whole Fish. One of a few restaurants that you can get the real Vietnamese 7 Course Beef. Chef’s philosophy is to concentrate on the food high quality meet & fish, & to infuse the complex Vietnamese authentic flavors that each dish deserves.
French Country Decor interior with casual & relaxing atmosphere to catch up with friends & family, or to develop business relationships.

Awesome restaurant.Ordered to go over the phone and the guy who answers didn’t speak much English but we made it work. (That’s the first sign it’s legit). This was the first time I’d had non-noodle Vietnamese dishes and everything we got was amazing. My Viet friend confirmed it’s authenticity. Beef dishes came with lots of veggies to make spring rolls. Super fresh, aromatic, tangy. Highly recommend!
