After finding this gem 3 years ago, we've been religious about ordering their eggrolls for parties and potlucks'. They fry them fresh, prices are steal, pork and shrimp eggrolls are both delicious! They only take cash and be sure to place an order before you head out since they don't take ore orders!

Chao Long and egg rolls are some of the best as the other reviews say! Very reasonably priced as well

Best, most crispest and yummy cha goi (Vietnamese egg rolls) in OC! I love supporting small family-owned businesses, the service is like going to your typical Asian family home, they will feed you, but don’t expect warm fuzzies. I also buy the (frozen) fresh goi to make my soups.

Thien Loc's egg rolls are delicious. Their taste is very close to those of my mother.
BEST EGGROLL and CHAO LONG in Westminster and OC. None better and fresher.
Love their egg roll.Friendly and very helpful people too!
Love the chao long!
Tried this spot once with my friend and I am hooked since then. I liked the fantastic atmosphere and tasty food and beverages. Kudos.
$60 for 100 egg rolls isn't bad. Egg rolls were very good.

Excellent Spring rolls, extra thin crust, very crispy skins.Better than other similar places like Phuc Loc, Hong Lan ...
So cheap food ,price id ok
Not the prettiest takeout shop around, but the Chao Long is to die for. There isn’t much to write about this small little mom and pop shop, let alone to look at. The interior does not look inviting, and I’ve only ever seen the owners working the shop who are not always at the counter. Your best bet to get any service is to shout your order in Vietnamese, which is how some older gentleman ended up ordering ahead of me. Get past the service and to the food, and you’ll forgive this (as you should with most Asian restaurants!).I’ve come here sporadically since I was a kid exclusively for the Chao Long, a humble Vietnamese street dish that’s comprised of porridge and pork innards, and occasionally got the Chinese Donut/fried dough to eat along with it. For five bucks you get a decent tub of this hearty chow that is amazingly rich like gravy and almost as thick as oatmeal. I don’t know any other shops around that serve this, and that’s why I love this little joint. This shop seems to be renowned for its egg rolls, but don’t sleep on the porridge!
Their Vietnamese egg rolls are the BEST!
