i wanted to visit this cafe because i saw their "boba flight" on social media and decided i neeeeeeeded to go try it. so i did! i got to chose 4 flavors for the boba flight and it was like a chef samplers plate but for milk tea, it was so cool. my friends and i shared the boba flight and had so much fun trying new and unique flavors. along with the boba flight, i got a full sized of the matcha brulee because i have been really liking matcha lately. compared to the happy lemon and omomo matcha, i think this place really showed competition. the flavor of the matcha was darker and less sweet which i really enjoyed, no additional syrups to mess with the drink. they seemed to be a little understaffed but those who were working were very kind and helpful. and lastly i tried their popcorn chicken! the sweet chili sauce made it so tasty and a perfect way to wrap up my visit to this cafe. side note, the customers sitting next to me were peacefully playing card games which gave a really cozy and warm vibe to the cafe :)

Love the idea of boba flights, it was so fun to try 8 different teas between the two of us! I’d recommend sticking to either all fruit or all milk teas (it wasn’t fun to alternate between the two) and I wouldn’t get boba in the flights as it was tricky to drink and filled most of the little cups. I absolutely loved the strawberry peach and garden milk tea though! I’ll be back to get full sizes next time!

The customer service was amazing here! Every time I go Diane, Mylinda, and Michelle always greet me with excellent service and provide me with a wonderful experience. The place is super cute for taking pictures and they have a bunch of good drinks. My personal favorite is the green thai tea, it tastes just like the one at seaside!

I recently visited Black Pearl Tea House, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic! What made it even more special was the amazing service from the twin girls staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but they also really know their stuff when it comes to boba!

Their efficiency and teamwork were impressive to watch. Despite the store being busy, they handled everything with ease, ensuring every customer was taken care of promptly. They even took the time to explain the different flavors and toppings to me, making sure I got exactly what I wanted.

It's rare to see such dedication and skill, especially from such a young team. The twins truly go above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves happy. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great boba and outstanding service!

Me and my girlfriend came in and the place had a nice atmosphere and clean. We got the Tiger sugar brûlée and marble matcha. They were great except we didn’t like the matcha at first but I talked with the cashier and she did not hesitate to make it better right away. Definitely check this place out if you love

Looks as though they’re changing their business name and shutting off reviews due to poor customer service. This establishment is not service animal friendly which means they are not disabled persons friendly. Do not recommend.

Amazing boba and music taste

I saw this place and wanted to give the boba flight a try with my family. When I first walked in the shop, there were three workers. One boy and two girls. When we walked in, none of the workers welcomed us making the whole experience there super uncomfortable for me and my cousins who were ordering. We started looking at the boba flight menu to see what to order and instead of giving us time to order, one of the girls who worked there started staring us down until we told her what we wanted. After ordering, my mom asked her how much the total was in Vietnamese and she said the total in a super rude and nasty attitude. I received my order, the drinks were lowk tiny/mid with some of them being super sweet. I will not be coming back.

the moment I walked in I felt rlly intimidated by this specific worker, they weren’t welcoming which made me uncomfortable. I felt judged and not respected the whole time. I got the boba flight it’s rlly small and not worth the money the drink itself was very sweet and mid. The place was pretty though.

The flight was really good I enjoyed being able to try different flavors, they were all delicious. I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great the girls working were rude.
