It was excellent until came back a month later & it was a disaster. Ordered 2 same size & same things. It was waste of time & $! Quantity was1/2 less & lack of flavor. Therefore, I tried new dish; goat curry & it’s OK.I think it’s new chef that tried & failed. I rather have something else recommended to me instead of serving me bad food…Good buy & good luck.?.5 stars for customers services.

Food here is delicious! Had such a good experience and would definitely been back. I’ve been here multiple times when I’m in the area and I always will be back! everything from the snails to the rice to the drinks are so good! I personally loved the seafood crispy noodles and I definitely recommend it.

First time at a eating and drinking restaurant in SoCal, and it was above my expectations. Service was phenomenal, never an empty beer bottle on the table. Food was stellar, and the fried chicken feet (which I had at other locations in the bay) was the best I've had. Delicious food, and great outside "nhau" drinking atmosphere. It felt like drinking and eating in Saigon. 4/5

Not the cleanest restaurant but the food makes up for it. Tram Chim is known for their seafood that pairs perfectly with a pint of beer. I love their OC and believe it's on par with oc va lau. I highly recommend you ordering the conch mango salad and the bamboo clams! The scallop and calamari are definitely skippable.

Service no good . Service attitude when new customers do not want to continue, when ordering food, the gay guy only focuses on pressing the phone, after eating, he has not finished eating, he has to clean the table as if he wants to expel the customer, the attitude is very bad.

Foods and services are alright here. They sell the same things as Oc and Lau but Oc and Lau foods taste way better. The restaurant have a lot of tables and sitting so no waiting time. Which is good. The con is they charges you on everything here. A cup of water cost .50 cent. A small bowl of rice cost $1.00. A plate of vegetable cost $1.50. Cash only accepted! There is also a large open dumpster right outside the parking lot in front of the restaurant that stink up the whole area. WTF???
This Vietnamese restaurant specializes in seafood and it was not a bad experience overall. +/-: Location is close to Tastea, however due to the amount of shops, the parking lot can be a bit crowded depending on the time. +/-: Average pricing for the menu since it revolves mostly around seafood. So make sure you ask about market prices for the off season items because those can become pricey i.e. lobster. +: Food is pretty average, I especially enjoyed the grilled shrimps, but not extremely wow enough for me to think I have to come back right away. It's good for once in a while if I am in a mood for seafood or their seafood hotpot. +/-: Service was not bad, they are quick when you directly asked them if they are around, but it seems transaction is easier if you are able to speak Vietnamese.

Wait is horrendous for pick up. Order for 5pm didn't get food till 6pm. If I knew it will be 1 h wait even when you order and pay several days in advance I will come late!

I've tried all 3 Tram Chim and this actually was one of the better ones but the food is still not there. Their oc was not as fresh and some of the dishes were very salty. The level of service here was mediocre . They took forever to bring out the food and forgot one of our dishes . I don't think I would come back to any of the TRAM CHIM , period .

This place is bullshit,worst customer service ever. we came on Saturday at 2 it was not crowded at all. we waited for an hour and all it came was fried rice. Mind that I order three item for Fried Rice, scallops and one hotpot. The worst thing was I orders mushroom hotpot and 15 min later they told us to change it because they don't don't have. That honestly fine, we change it. However, they have a already made hotpot with all the raw fish and vegetable out on another table with big and fly surrounded it. They want to give us that however that Disgusting has been sitting out there for about half an hour or so. The customer service there is horrible overall I was over the food is good but respected to customer. It very NASTY as they try to make eat and pay for that unwanted hotpot.
