I really like their banh mi with fish cake and quail eggs, but the service needs to be improved.
I called for an order several times. Sometimes, no one picked up the calls. Other times, they took my order, and when I came to pick it up, the order hadn't been sent out to make it.

I had a banh mi pha lau here not too long ago. It was not very good. Kinda bland and small portion. Bread is stale. Also took too long even store was not crowded.
Service is average.

Waited so long to get banh mi to be done and the banh mi came out so bad. I opened it and tried to eat right away in my car. It was so hard to bite and hurt my teeth. The banh mi was cold and meat kinda old. Very disappointed !!

The salty sticky rice is not delicious, the sticky rice is mushy, the shop owner should reconsider, the rice grains must be soft but not stick together, we eat sticky rice, not banh duc ?

Banh mi is okay, not worth the price, a little pricey. Overall, worth a try but not worth comeback.

Heard a lot about this store. However, the sugar cane tasted bad. Look like it was overdated.

Service was fast, but the menu is not so clear. Got the S1 today and it was only the herbal drink, despite photo next to the item shows toppings. If you want toppings then you need to order S5. Either way, it was pretty much sugar water so will not order again. Lots of food options, but not many for vegetarians or vegans (pretty much just drinks). Hopefully there will more options in future since I go to the H Mart in the same plaza.

The food is not delicious, the food is bland like water and has a foul smell. Mixed rice paper is dry. Ginseng with sugarcane juice is also bad. Not coming back a second time

The food is so bad. $30 for a pale honeycomb and only honeycomb and louvre leaves, not as advertised. Sugarcane juice is bad. Mixed rice paper is too bad. Never come

Uncle Long and Moo next door share the same owner and kitchen. We got Bánh mì bò la lot (B1) from uncle Long and ordered xôi mặn (sticky rice) from Moo so we could sit down and eat. The lady at the registry desk for Uncle Long refused to crack a smile or say hello when we walked in. Lucky server at Moo lifted the mood. Bánh mì was good but was a little on the sweet side. Xoi (sticky rice) was wet but all the topping was delicious. I’d get bánh mì again but not xôi given how wet it was.

We ordered the food from Uber Eats. Free delivery plus Uber fees and tips. The bánh mì đặc biệt was tasty and the combo xôi was delicious too. We also had sugar cane juice and iced coffee. Both are yummy too.

The worst banh mi I've ever had. It is not very hard to make a decent one and I don't know how it was this terrible. The bread itself was incredibly stale. Did not even taste like bread - more like cardboard or those year old cheetos. I think it was out for over a day. The portion size of the meat was absolutely ridiculous. Must've been 3 ounces or less. And the garnishes? Two stems of cilantro and no jalapeno included. I honest should have went back and gotten a new one. I know they can do better for $8.50. Will not recommend this place and will not return.
