It’s hard to find good sushi that’s reasonable too and the quality of their fish and the service are first rate. If they change the hip-hop music to something mellower or lower it and tone down the neon lights at the sushi bar it would feel less trendy. It’s kind of hidden in a strip mall but well worth finding. Our new go-to.

Uni Japanese has been on my must-try list for some time, and I finally got to dine in recently. It was an excellent first impression. We arrived for an early weekday dinner, and although we had reservations, there were plenty of tables for walk-ins and an inviting sushi bar. Along with a great food menu, there is an excellent selection of sake and beer.
