I recently stopped by for lunch. I just wanted to try this place since it is near mine. I entered, looking around. I saw a worker on the side, and I waited and waited for good for five minutes, and nothing. I heard numerous phone calls, and the employee didn't even pick up the phone. I end up leaving since nobody even came out to take order.
First impression, it seems they don't even care much.

My family and I are visiting from Arizona, so we based our choice on the local pizzeria reviews. Unfortunately, the pizza was decent at best and the wings were terrible. We didn’t even eat most of them. The wings tasted undercooked and microwaved. They definitely aren’t fried wings. They were soggy and flavorless. The pizza crust is flat and very crunchy. Not like your typical great New York style pizza. If this is what LA area pizza and wings are like, then I’ll pass. Just an fyi, there is no dining area. It’s basically like an overpriced Dominos with crappy wings.

This place has great pizza!…. But their customer service SUCKs! They forgot my Mozzarella sticks and they didn’t take any accountability for this. Just take accountability, it goes a long way!

Service is horrible. 3 times I’ve phone ordered and they didn’t even start my order until I got there. 3 times!!! No apology. Terrible

While I was waiting a lady was returning 3 pizzas they messed up on then I was waiting while she’s counting money from the register at 8 pm they close at 9 and I said can I pay and get my pizza while she made me wait still counting I walked out and said you can keep that pizza too

Excellent pizza at a great price. Super friendly staff, fast "world class" service.I've paid a lot more and gotten a lot less at other pizzerias. Valutina's is awesome by comparison.Great job guys, keep it up!!

Excellent pepperoni pizza pie at this place. NYC pie it ain't but for a small West Coast chain it's not bad at all.

Paid $20 w/ tip for two orders of mozzarella sticks and they were ice cold. The last time we ordered from here the sticks were fine but the pizza was gross. Definitely not going

So some of the best damn pizza I've ever had. The extra large pizza is so large that if you only eat 4 pieces a day, it can last you 3 days and every single day you will be full.

Parking: It's a bit tight to get into a parking spot, but the taste of the pizza is well worth it.
