Honestly, it’s hard to find a Vietnamese Vegan restaurant that delivers authentic Vietnamese cuisine. When all others promote fusion restaurant archetypes, Saigon Vegan pushes authentic Vietnamese cuisine and refuses to take shortcuts. If you are looking for a great meal served by wonderful people, I highly recommend this place.

My friend loved my plate of Bahn Mi so much, he bought three more for his team tomorrow. The flan is amazing and refreshing! We tried other things like the tenders and the garlic noodles. It's a great place for the price and the flavor! We'll be back soon! ???

Vegetarian options: I had the royal noodles soup. My husband had the fried crispy noodles. They were both delicious ?? I couldn’t help but bought an extra royal noodles soup to go for my lunch tomorrow ?We surely will come back there to taste their different dishes!

I tried this place for the first time.I ordered the Portobello tenders and "Chicken" curry with rice. The tenders were very good. I'll definitely order this again. They were hot and crisp. There wasn't an overwhelming amount of batter. I wasn't expecting it to be spicy but that didn't make it bad at all.The curry itself was good. I liked all the veggies and tofu. The "chicken"was okay. I'd rather just have more tofu instead of the chicken. Just a personal preference. The rice was very chewy. Kind of seemed old and dry. Next time I'll try the curry with the bread.Service was friendly.Location was good and plenty of parking available when I got there.Looking forward to coming back here, trying something new, and getting more of those tenders. ?

We came in on Saturday around 6:30pm and there was plenty of seating. We ordered the bun bo hue, it came with plenty of veggies and sate on the side. For me personally, after adding the sate it was perfectly spicy. I enjoyed the proteins they included. For appetizers we ordered portobello tenders and egg rolls, both were amazing but if you had to choose I recommend the mushrooms. So juicy. I’ll definitely be back. Food came out within 10-15 mins.

Delicious vegan Vietnamese food! The garlic noodles and Thai tea were incredible, but everything we ate was super yummy.

Walk in and look to your right behind the counter and you'll know it's family owned with the play pen there. While I ate, 3 young kids were playing in the dining area. They were cute and well behaved. I came in the week after new years and they were playing soft Christmas music. Although we're not in holiday season anymore, it was soothing. I had the C2. Royal Noodle Soup aka Bun Bo Hue which came out quickly. I immediately tried the broth which was flavorful but salty. Good thing there is a pile of cabbage, bean sprouts, herbs and a lime to help out. I really enjoyed how hearty the soup is loaded with so many different types of meaty meat substitutes such as mushrooms, tofu and vegan ham & meatless balls. As I ate up the cabbage, the soup got too salty for me so I asked for another lime. It helped out with the saltiness but took a bit away from the flavor with a little too much citrus. All good. I still ate it all up and left full and satisfied. Service was attentive as they came to check on me.I already look forward to returning hoping the broth isn't as salty. Also always happy to promote local businesses.

Very welcoming and great service complimented by amazing food! Ordered mushroom tenders, orange cauliflower, and royal noodle soup. Tenders and cauliflower were very hot and crisp with great sauces. Orange sauce wasn't overly sweet and had a little spice kick to it. Soup was very flavorful with lots of greens on the side! Overall it's an easy decision to come back and try more! Highly recommended!

I am overall impressed with the quality of the food, service, and decor of Saigon Vegan. The mushrooms are delicious, but a lot. Don't treat them as a stand alone appetizer before your meal. Share or else you'll sit in a food coma for the rest of the day.Their Italian influence in their red curries that are often tomato based is apparent. Closer to eating a tomato soup than a curry. Still well made though.

Very nice customer service. I tried the bun Bo hue which i was craving all day! It was good. I asked for lots of pepper because I like it spicy! She gave me 3 kinds and I needed more lol. Very kind of her. It was good portion. I've had better but it did the job. Great prices $10 or so for the meal.
