After struggling to find much vegan/plant based options in the first week in the states. We tried Waba. We’d eaten here when I was omni on previous visits to America so we knew we could at least get a bowl of rice and fresh crisp veg if nowt else. Was really happy to find there was 2 options to have- tofu & The plantspired steak. We ordered both and had half each of each option. Not disappointed at all. Will defo visit again.
