Husband and I mobile ordered breakfast burritos. They were quite busy, but very organized and friendly. I was greeted by 2 staff. My order was quickly made as arrived early.
The staff here are special. I really felt welcomed and could tell as regulars entered the store that this was a special location.
Hubbie and I had the Chiptole and Sausage burritos. Both were delicious. We plan to visit again on our next Disneyland.
Kid-friendliness: Staff are friendly and what kid doesn't enjoy a donut.

I came for hot chocolate and donuts because with this cold I craved it... and I asked Rebeca if she would put the whip cream on the side since my daughter is the one who eats that😅 and she did everything possible to give me my chocolate exactly how I wanted it .. her service was excellent and she was super cute! Thank you Rebecca 😊

If you are at Disneyland and looking for an affordable place to get a family breakfast check out the Winchells. Super fresh yummy donuts made old school. Great breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Very affordable compared to other options. Worth a quick drive! Nice service too

It is the second time that I go to this location and I have ordered the black forest bagel to take away and for the second time I am disappointed that they make very little ham compared to other locations that I have been to, because I love everything they have. They prepare and always in all places they are very coarse when adding the ham and believe me, I took a photo of it, I was so surprised that I was when I saw how skinny my bagel looks 😡 and the saddest thing is that, as you know, they are not cheap. so if anyone sees this message there are other locations like Euclid and Ball Rd or others if they are going to prepare them well for you.
1970s Childhood favorite. Haven't been in 20 years, it did not disappoint. Service was rude, though. Owners should definitely speak to crew.

My wife and I stopped by this Winchell for lunch because we were in the plaza at Vons to get some flowers. I wanted a bagel and looked on their website first that they actually sell bagels. When we came they were not busy at all. I saw some donuts out and some bagel but didn't see any blueberry bagel so I asked the lady working if they had any and she said they do. So I got my blueberry bagel, toasted and asked for cream cheese on the side. My wife got her Mac and cheese crossiant. We waited inside for them to call our number. When I looked at my receipt, I saw that the cream cheese is price more than my blueberry bagel which surprise me. Sitting inside of Winchell isn't ideal because it's humid and feels like they didn't have the AC on. When our order was ready, we ate it inside since we got a table. They have limited seating inside here. I thought my bagel was over toasted and didn't taste that good compared to another bagel shop I go to. My wife thought her Mac and cheese crossiant was too greasy so she couldn't finish it. I think you're safe with going with donuts here.
Vegetarian options: I'm not sure if they have vegetarian options here
Parking: You should find a parking spot here since its in a decent size plaza.
Kid-friendliness: I would say this place is kid friendly but there are homeless people walking around here.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible

Winchell’s donuts needs to be educated on the Restroom Access Act (Ally’s Law) and maybe other people do too. My friend has Crohn’s Disease, which for those of you who don’t know what that is, she has a colon disease. We walked into the Donut house and started to order. We were thrilled because everything looked great. My friend on the verge of an accident ordered a donut and requested to use the stated “employee only” restroom and they denied, saying no public restrooms. She then informed them of her disease and notified them of the Restroom Access Act, telling them it was illegal to deny her a restroom. Even after being made aware they still denied saying no public restrooms. She then had to find another restroom quickly and Thank God for the people who helped. Do better Winchell’s.
