Absolutely terrible experience trying to pick up my order from this store. After waiting in line for over 45 minutes, I still didn’t get my food. The staff is completely unorganized and poorly trained, struggling to hand out even one bag every few minutes. Meanwhile, there was a wall full of food just sitting there getting cold, while they ran around taking more orders they clearly couldn’t handle.
To make things worse, the line wrapped around the block, and there was zero communication from staff. Customers had no idea what the line was for, and some were just cutting ahead and walking straight in to order without waiting. The whole system was a disaster.
I didn’t get a refund, and honestly, I don’t even care at this point. I just know I’ll never waste my time or money at Wingstop again.

Small piece at $2.5 each for these dry chicken tenders is quite expensive.
Really just a great wingstop. I know most are duds but this one is actually one of the great wingstops and it’s always better when you get food from a well rated wingstop

Ate here last night and woke up the next day with food poisoning. Do not recommend eating here.
The workers forgot the fries and so I got home to eat my food then I saw it was missing so I called them to let them know and told me I could come back to get my fries and they did nothing to compensate me. My mother had to drive us all the way back after we got home and she works hard and I could see that she was tired and I was too. The service today felt terrible today I hope they don’t mess up my order again.
Kid-friendliness: I think they may have not taken my order as seriously as someone else’s since I was a younger person and my physique makes me look a lot smaller. I felt like they didn’t really respect me either.

Order my food online and asked for three specific flavors being, Original hot, Lemon pepper and mango habanero. When I got home there were four flavors and majority was a flavor I didn’t ask for (parmesan). I Was very disappointing to have to eat something I didn’t even order. Normally I order from here and have no issues but today was a complete let down.

I stopped by this Wingstop today because I was craving wings while staying at my aunt place. This place is literally across the street so it worked out for me. I placed my mobile order through the Wingstop app and chose as soon as possible for the pickup time. I went with the 10 piece traditional wings with 5 lemon pepper and 5 original Hot. It said my order will be done in 15 or 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my food was ready for pickup. I found parking alright since I came before lunch and the interaction I had with the worker was great. The lemon pepper was great but I felt they overcooked the original hot because it was more on the dryer and hard texture side. Overall I like the wings that I ordered, I didn't ask for ranch since they charge for it now.

Everything is good other than calling to place orders. If you ever want to call to place orders, ask to speak to a real person because the AI call responders take a long time after every question and they might tell you its closed when its really not.

To be honest, Wingstop is very famous in Thailand society! Our friends told us that we should try once we got in US and it's very impressive we totally love it

On Oct 1st I ordered delivery at 11:15 PM with a scheduled delivery time of 12:03. At 11:57 I received a text that my order was canceled with no other information.
I noticed my card was charged (pending) so I gave it a few days to drop off, but it cleared. Wrote a yelp review and corporate reached out and offered the typical BS, but all I want is my money back. I called the store manager and he explained there was a power outage and the situation was beyond their control trip and they have already processed my refund. Okay fine. I can accept that as an answer, but as of the 16th of October I still haven’t received my refund, nobody has reached out to solve the problem, and now I’m pissed.
So, this store cancels my order 45 minutes after I ordered it, right as they were closing, and failed to refund my money in spite of them assuring me they did so.
Not cool. They still owe me $32.12 for an order I never received.

You order, you paid but can’t pick up your foods because you don’t have DoorDash app on your phone .
The food was hot and ready for pickup. Customer service was friendly and fast.
