I decided to buy the usual(chicken plate) and a can soda. I was finishing up my food when I decided to try and purchase a bottle of water and a soda to go. Didn’t notice there was a $10 dollar minimum. I said they can charge me a fee, but the big bald dude that seems he lacks social cues decided he ignore when I asked if there was anything he could do. Shout out to the Mexican cook he offered his $5 dollar bill so I can get the drink. I passed on the offer. Shout out to the older brother that usually works there I didn’t see him. If you read this comment bro, I’m the Hispanic dude that often buys the chicken plate with 3 side of shrimp.

Best Teriyaki ever! The people are nice, food is always great. Lots of alternatives options, even vegetarian. LOVE IT! I love this little shop better than the other ones.

Best teriyaki in town

First time in years of coming here very disappointed today. First off the gentleman with the glasses charged me more for an order I made clear. Second the chicken the shrimp along with tempura were spoiled and had a very foul taste. I had to spit out a piece of chicken with a gnarly foul taste. I love this place and I hope this never happens again. Please fix whatevers going on. Currently feeling sick to my stomach.

I was astonished. As a long time customer (since High school) I was very surprised of the way they have treated me. The older gentleman wearing glasses who charged me had made the mistake of charging me the wrong order even though I have informed him of the name of the order. He had the audacity to still charge me the remainder of the order even though it was his mistake! His explanation was that I should’ve checked my order before leaving the store, but the older gentleman closed the bag himself as if he confirmed my order with confidence. Other customers felt the same way that day and gave him a piece of their mind. I felt forced to pay just to get it over with even though I shouldn’t have to.

I feel so bad because this is literally one of my all time favorite spots to go to. I even recommend traveling foreigners to this place, it’s surprising to see that even a regular customer will be treated this way.

One older guy behind the register was very rude for no reason. He claimed my mother's transaction was declined, even though on her account, it showed that it was charged.
For no reason at all, he was rude about her profession, claiming, "You think just because you're a nurse, you can do whatever you want!"
What does that have to do with anything?
He also said he doesn't care if they charged her, he wasn't giving her the food, because it "was only $15".
Disgusting.

Atmosphere, service, and food was the best experience I've had while visiting in Anaheim. I got the chicken beef and veggie in a small and I unfortunately have no room for more. This place just became my favorite take out! If you're an anime or studio ghibli fan, you'll love the decorations.
