The bathroom was out of service. Couldn't even give a cup of water out while waiting for our food to be ready. Bad management

Gets the job done if you're in the mood for teriyaki. For me this is just a casual spot to get some quick takeout. The parking lot is small but I don't usually have a problem finding a spot when I grab this place for lunch.I like their beef more than their chicken. Both are a little on the dry side until you add teriyaki sauce. I do not recommend getting the plates: the orange that they give you doesn't have a lot of flavor (although it still goes well with the teriyaki) and the salad was actually still frozen when I had it today.

I've been dining here for ages They have the best teriyaki sauce I've ever had. Love their rice and beef and chicken. In fact, everything they serve is awesome. And the prices are really good for what you get. Try it! You will love it.Parking: Sometimes, parking is kinda tight cause there is a big name coffee shop in this small complex.

I usually go around 730pm and I notice the food wasn’t as good as during lunch. Maybe because it’s closing time but overall I really like it!

Wasn't expecting much from this place was in the area and was searching for a healthy spot and found this. Menu is very basic, chicken and beef bowls and that's it. But I saw they had a short rib plate which I wasn't expecting to be all the great but let me tell you it was amazing. I honestly wasn't expecting this place to have such amazing short ribs. They were charred and cooked to perfection. Only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is lack of variety at least for the sides. But most of all the vibe here is a little gloomy and down. You walk in it's kind of quiet, cashier doesn't have much of a personality and you just kinda sit and wait for your food. If this place would put some music on it might make all the difference and take away the awkward vibe of the place. Just a suggestion! Also they did not have sriracha!!

I have been grabbing food here for over a decade, perhaps two but I moved away. My dad whom lives in the area still told me he was called, "Stupid," to his face by one of the cashiers after my dad took a few minutes to browse the menu, the cashier claimed that my dad has been going there for years and doesn't know what he wants yet. dad claims it was a young Asian man. My dad is pretty old so I realize he requires patience.Months later to today, I was rudely spoken to by another cashier (Caucasian guy)--rolling his eyes, giving me mounds of attitude, and rushing me. I'm a government professional and know how to keep my cool but I could not believe how rude he was. The woman after me, about my mother's age, was spoken to more poorly than I & she nearly got into an argument with the cashier. The customer after her didn't get any verbal communication from the cashier but eye rolls. Has always had great food but the service now is enough to possibly ruin your day. Grateful my husband was not with me; otherwise, it would have been a worse situation.
