The girls that work there were rude and did not provide great customer service the girl was flirting with the guys instead of helping us. Okay yogurt but the machine was down instead of flirting maybe they should do their job and keep the food refilled

We love Froyo, we always find a reason to get frozen yogurt. They have a good selection of flavors and toppings. It can get busy on weekends. If you're not a rewards member sign up, it's well worth it ♡

My little bro stopped by Yogurtland on Feb 6th for the international froyo day. They gave us buy one get one free which was fantastic. I don’t know how much he got but I can’t finish in one day. End up paying around $12 for 2 big cups. I love their plain tart and cheesecake bites.

I love yogurtland and their flavors, but what I didn't like at this location was their service! Two girls were cleaning and closing up but one was dragging tables and chairs while me and my husband were both there. It was obnoxiously loud and she did not care at all. We left with a raging headache and we won't be going back to this location anytime soon. Funny thing is is that they still had 30 minutes to close! Super selfish service.

It's frozen yogurt. All the yum I was without that lactose gut punch. Friendly employees and nice spacious area to enjoy your soft serve packed dessert

We had a great experience at Yogurtland in Garden Grove! The place was impressively clean, and we loved the wide variety of toppings they offered. It was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the friendly staff kept things moving smoothly. Another bonus was the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating options. A perfect spot for a tasty treat with friends and family!

Could be better. The yogurt from the machines was really liquidy and was practically already melted. For some reason, there were only the regular sized cups available even though the shop had just opened. I'm guessing they didn't feel like restocking them.We came for their promotion for the giant spoon which requires a $10 minimum purchase. The first cashier wasn't aware of how it worked and was making things very difficult. He almost made us spend $40 when they only required $10 minimum. Finally, he called someone over and they were able to help us check out and get our giant spoon. They didn't ask whether we had a rewards account or offer to input it into the machine. I had to ask them myself. The shop was clean though which makes sense since they just opened. Service and quality of yogurt was lacking, but at least they had all of the toppings.

Customer service was great. The prices are good and they have mochi. Got 2 regular size cups for toddler and I and she had so much fun picking up what she wanted on her yogurt and she chose the turtle ? ninjas yogurt. And the guy that day gave her stickers she was so happy. Didn't take pictures but definitely going back.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Yogurtland, and I find it necessary to express my profound dissatisfaction with the quality of service and products offered at this establishment.Firstly, the machines that dispense the yogurt are in dire need of replacement or at least significant maintenance. They appear outdated and function poorly, often leading to inconsistent texture in the yogurt served. The yogurt itself leaves much to be desired. It was neither frozen nor had the expected consistency; instead, it was wet and melty, resembling more of a slush than a frozen yogurt. I was particularly disappointed with the 'Tart' yogurt, which was far from the crisp tartness one would expect. It was sour, failing to deliver on its advertised flavor profile. In addition, the yogurt lacked the soft and creamy texture that is a hallmark of quality frozen yogurt. Instead, it had an icy consistency, which detracts from the overall experience and enjoyment of the product. Given these circumstances, I find it imperative for someone from Yogurtland's management to conduct an urgent quality check at this store. It is evident that the standards here are not up to par with what one would expect from a brand like Yogurtland. In conclusion, I would not recommend this particular Yogurtland location to anyone in its current state. The quality and service are way below expectations, and immediate actions should be taken to address these pressing issues.

The place was dirty... The floors are sticky and the tables as well. None were wiped down. The restroom was worse. There was one guy working but after sitting inside eating my yogurt for awhile I saw the owner and a girl came out. Before coming I tried calling the phone to make sure they took Apple Pay but the phone just kept ringing. It's not like they're ever busy which it wasn't. The yogurt machine area is very messy with all the yogurt spill everywhere. I've been to other Yogurt land where they kept the place more sanitary. Plain tart was not tart at all.
