If you want the right amount or are mobile ordering don't even bother coming to this location.I ordered 10 minutes before I got here and there was a line of 5 people. They all got their orders before I did. My order was 15 minutes late and the large beef bowl only had half the amount of beef it normally has when I order elsewhere.

Food is good. I love the udon noodles, chicken was dry, not great. Bathrooms are FOUL. I asked for the code cuz my small child needed to pee. She told me it's only for customers, which we just ate so??? but like if it's only for customers they should probably be able to keep it clean. Literally pee on the floor, toilet paper on the floor. Nasty!

Sadly, the staff didn't understand the importance of moving quickly at the lunch run. Everyone was moving very slowly. I won't be back at lunch time.

I ORDERED 2 LARGE BEEF NO VEGETABLES (IM ALLERGIC TO BROCCOLI) IN THE DRIVE-THRU FROM ASHLEY. BUT WHEN I GOT MY FOOD THERE’S VEGETABLES IN IT. I TOLD ASHLEY (A GUY) I DIDNT ORDER VEGETABLES BUT HE KEPT ON ARGUING AND INSISTING THAT I ORDERED IT. I WAS FLABBERGASTED (WHY WOULD I ORDER VEGETABLES WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO) I TOLD ASHLEY TO CHANGE IT. HE LOOKED AT ME WITH SARCASM AND SAID YOU WANT ME TO? I HANDED HIM MY ORDERS AND AFTER 20 MINUTES HE RETURNED WITH MY FOOD. WHEN I GOT HOME AND READY TO EAT, I SAW SOME TINGES OF VEGETABLES ESPECIALLY BROCCOLI ON BOTH ORDERS. ASHLEY DIDNT REPLACE MY ORDERS HE JUST TOOK THE VEGETABLES OUT AND GAVE ME THE SAME BOWLS. I ENDED UP THROWING BOTH BOWLS IN THE GARBAGE. TRIED CALLING THE PLACE TO TALK TO THE MANAGER BUT TO NO AVAIL (NOBODY WANTS TO PICKUP) SO MY NEXT STEP IS TO CALL YOSHINOYA HEADQUARTERS AND REPORT THIS INCIDENT

I go there at least once a week love it. If you get a regular size chicken bowl. The chicken portion is not as much as I would like. But it still taste good. Lately I've been going a lot when I get off work like after 9:00 or 10:00. Going to the drive through is kind of slow. Sometimes it's even annoying. Sometimes I have to go somewhere else because it's so many cars in line. But when I can go through with a short line it's still worth going. It seems like the lines have not been as long lately. Maybe they hired some faster staff.

Overall good food prepared ok. Staff was ok not really friendly but ok. Dining room was decently cleaned. No Drive thru. Parking is tight and by a busy intersection by the freeway. I only go there when craving or in the area. .

I have had the salmon several other times from other locations that was very moist, the salmon from this one was very dried out. And they should have more than one register worker. The young man had to take orders from drive through and walk ins. He did well for having to do that. No complaints about him.
