We order a take out at this place for breakfast and it was pretty good. The guy on a phone I spoke to was very helpful. I have sensitivity and ask for gluten free menu. They only have gluten free pastries like macaroons other alternatives is pretty much veggie option.

So I placed a ordered today on Uber eats for a total of 55.00 dollars and the food was s*** !! I received a chicken sandwich with a horrible taste , the onion rings were hard as a rock !! The calamari I was looking forward to was so plane and stale !! Just very poor food quality over all !! So disappointed...

Love the matcha ice blended, the pastries are phenomenal and everything is solid, not just their awesome breakfast dishes like their french toast.

I have eaten here and ordered from here so many times and I have never been disappointed. The service has always been excellent, the food is the most consistently good food I've had. You don't have to wonder if your next meal will be delicious, it just always is. Big fan!

Got the breakfast croissant (*quassao*) and eggs benedict with some of the baked goods they have behind the counter to treat my parents to breakfast. I spent too much time deciding and totally messed up in ordering the wrong thing like twice but the guy behind the counter Saturday morning 8/15 was so patient and sweet!! He fixed the errors I made and answered all my questions despite also being really busy with other orders, decided I was definitely coming back just for the customer service alone. But then I tried the food I got and it was all really good, the pastry was so buttery and flakey and the breakfast potatoes were amazing! There arent enough heart eye emojis in the world.

They have a decent collection of baked goods and we enjoyed them. The fruity breads were really good for a simple breakfast. My little group finished everything lol and i don't think there were any leftovers.

I highly recommend! I've been trying to find Gardena restaurants that have healthy, tasty menu options. I ordered takeout and I must say that my picky eating family members were happy. We wanted something healthy without comprising on flavor. I ordered the crispy fried chicken salad, arugula salad, and sweet n spicy hot wings. The portion was fair and each choice was delicious down to every bite. My grandma said it was the first time in a long time that she'd eaten a chicken so tasty down to the bone (referring to the wings). The arugula salad had a sweet and crunchy taste from the dried cranberries and chopped apples. The fried chicken salad was just as delicious and flavorful. I think it would be helpful if the restaurant provided recommended dressings that would best compliment the flavor of each salad. Nonetheless, I'm a happy camper and can't wait for covid-19 to pass so I can have a normal dine-in experience. I look forward to trying their brunch menu.

Love to come here after work (330pm) for food and coffee or a beer depending on the day! Never busy, food is great, and the service is always good despite there only being 1 person working every time I have been. Love the variety... breakfast, lunch, dinner or Pastry at all times!

I order delivery from Amandine for my office...from burritos, pastries, omelettes, steak, sandwiches...they have a lot of tasty options and the food is always fresh. Have ordered here at least 10 times in the past 4 months. Everyone who I've ever ordered for is always satisfied and impressed, and never disappointed! During COVID, all food has been delivered sealed and beverage container openings completely covered. Stellar service and quality food. Highly recommend any and all pastries (cream puffs, eclairs, and the gateau fraise are my favs)!!!
I had to write this review because this is so ridiculous. We have been ordering from here for a while now mainly from the LA location. But we moved and had to use the gardena location. They never have anything on there menu. Everytime we put in the order we ALWAYS get a call back saying that they dont have something. Specifically the ham and cheese croissant. It's gotten so bad that I wonder when they even have it on the menu. There customer service is horrible as well

Amandine and Juan the delivery driver for Postmates saved the day! I had ordered a birthday cake from a large national chain to be delivered on my daughter's birthday (I live out of state) and they let me down :( I only had 24 hours to organize a delivery and I remembered this great cafe in Gardena where we always go when we are visiting our daughter for a calorific cake splurge as they have the BEST cake selection in the area (the rest of their menu is pretty good too, we've eaten most of it...hahaha). I submitted an online order, asking if Amandine could include a candle for my daughter's cake, and they happily obliged. Our order was delivered on time (we watched it on the app as the driver approached the door) and in perfect condition thanks to Juan at Postmates. I know a lot of people are ordering food online for delivery during the covid shut down, but this went the extra mile for us. It meant so much to us, and our daughter, to get a birthday cake delivered in time for her birthday when we live so far apart and we haven't seen each other for months because of the virus. We can now skype and watch her blow out the candle and feel connected despite the distance between us. Silly when it is such a small thing as a piece of cake, but the love shared means soooooo much more. ;)

My husband and I used to love Amandine but the customer service here has just become absolutely terrible. We typically order for pickup or delivery through door dash and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ordered recently, they will accept our order only to then tell us more than 10-15 minutes later that they are sold out of the items that we want. WHY accept the order? There have been times where they will make a replacement (i.e. they are out of ham and cheese croissants so they will make a ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant). But they are extremely inconsistent. HOW ABOUT IF YOU ARE SOLD OUT OF SOMETHING ALL THE TIME, DON'T HAVE IT ON YOUR MENU. Or at least notify us so we can make the decision to cancel the order and order from somewhere different. In addition to the above mentioned issues, their food quality when we do actually get to eat the food has gotten pretty bad. The size of their avocado toast has basically been split in half for the SAME PRICE, and their coffee has tasted horrible and has way too many grounds in the bottom. Try cleaning your machine and being consistent with your food. We will never be eating at amandine again and definitely would implore others to stay away unless you want a frustrating and sub par food experience.
