Good beef hotpot

Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a Rose Milky Hot Soup to-go from Boiling Point, and halfway through eating at home, I found a large piece of raw fish inside the soup.

Hot pot ingredients are meant to be cooked by the customer, but this raw fish was already placed in the soup, completely uncooked. It was disgusting and made me very concerned about food safety. After eating, I also started to feel unwell.

For a well-known hot pot chain, this is completely unacceptable — unprofessional and irresponsible. The service and quality were very disappointing, with no regard for the customer at all. I will not be ordering again, and I strongly advise others to double-check their takeout orders to avoid going through the same experience.

A Taiwanese authentic personal hotpot!
Highly recommended! the ingredients are mostly the same as the hotpot we had back in Taiwan. It was packed in a weekday night.
p.s. if you come on your birthday, you’ll get a free hotpot + a drink! what a good deal

I ordered a Holy Cow appetizer, which was not half as big as the one next door. Even though it was still salty, I wished I had finished the winter melon tea before putting it on the pot. When I ordered the pot, I said I didn’t want mushrooms and the clerk was still ok. I even saw him write it down with my own eyes. When the pot came up, I fucked that half of it was mushrooms. Eating it out of the pot was like TM mine removal, and it was very finely chopped. I usually drink some soup first. Today I didn’t want to take a bite. The shredded mushrooms were still attached to the meat. I had to rinse them thoroughly before eating. Spend 10 dollars to eat shabu-shabu, and the other half is Chinese cabbage. Everyone knows what’s going on, so I won’t complain.

My favorite is the lamb one with medium spicy. I had it in Seattle during a trip and went back every time I visited Seattle! So glad to find I have one nearby after moving to LA!! Will definitely come back again!

It's busy here but the atmosphere is great. It was very crowded and I loved it. I had to queue for a long time. It would be nice if I could make a reservation.

This restaurant opens at 11am. We arrived at 10:30am on Sunday. There were already many people waiting outside, most of them Asians. Frankly speaking, I think the quality of the food here is a bit average, but it is worth it. One thing to mention is that lunch is cheaper than dinner and comes with drinks.
