I stopped in because I did not want to cook tonight. I was greeted as I crossed the threshold with a hello, great big smiles and the aromatics of Middle Eastern spices. The family meal took a little longer than expected, however, the staff kept me updated on the process and gave me a special treat for waiting. I am a huge softy for great customer service. The experience at Borjstar Shawarma Shop was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming when we placed our to-go order. When I mentioned that I found them on TikTok, they were kind enough to give us a discount, which was a great surprise!
