It was fairly crowded with countless seats but the red flag, every seat was taken and the service was sub-par it was 2:50 when I put my order in and it was 3:10 when I got my drinks, it was 2 drinks and the taste of the drink (matcha swirl) tasted just like sugar with mochi and nothing else. The man was very kind that gave us the drinks but it lacked service time by a lot making my review lower a lot. In retrospect I will not be coming back

My best friend and I love this place but today the service disappointed us. We ordered are drinks around at 5:24PM. We waited in their outdoor seating area until our order was ready. A couple came a few minutes after us and got their drink pretty quick. My friend wanted to check up on our drinks but I told him to give it some time since I didnât want to rush the workers. We waited for about 10 minutes and still didnât get our drinks. My friend was feeling a bit upset since this never happened to us and we kept waiting. When I checked up on what was going on and I notice that they literally had our drinks just on top of their metal cart and never called us. At that point we both went inside and asked for our drinks. No apology for the long wait or anything to makeup. We left around 5:38PM with water down drinks.

I asked and the guy said itâs a powder for the hojicha lattes and the honeydew swirl. I got the latte and it was ok, but nothing special, and kind of grainy. Wouldnât go again.

got the matcha latte with boba. drink was made from a pre-sweetened matcha mix and definitely way TOO sweet, it tasted similar to that of starbucksâ matcha latte to put it into comparison (if not sweeter). boba consistency was pretty good, not too hard or soft with the perfect amount of chew. BUT boba was the small ones and not the typical sized tapioca ones. maybe thereâs a different option but i selected the âbobaâ option on the kiosk which is the default. donât know if they changed it or they were out it the day i went. 3/10 would not recommend for the matcha latte

I ordered one of their signature Pruvia lattes, and it was good enough to earn 5 stars. There's a boba-style cafĂ© right next to them, but while their drinks are decent, the taste doesnât quite reach the same levelâjust good, not exceptional.
