I want to give a shout out to Yesenia for her great performance today it seems like she was the only one working in the entire restaurant, From taking orders, to prepping and making the orders, to serving them to the customers that ordered. 1. you guys need to hire more people so it’s not just one person working at a restaurant. 2. I went through the drive-thru and purchased a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They are normally very good with a crispy biscuit, this one was stale and was definitely thrown in the microwave. First and last time I stopped at this location.
The rudest overnight customer service, the employee had an attitude because he was the only one there as if that’s my problem then purposely made me wait longer until he felt like coming to the window, causing me to be late going back to work. Will never go back.
